Bright….

Brighter….

SO FUCKING BRIGHT!

“Ugh!!!” Feral groaned in annoyance as he shot up from his position only to be beduffled by what he saw.

“Oh you’re awake?” Genad asked the still drowsy Feral who instantly faced him only to widen his eyes drastically.

‘Oh my word....’ Dina muttered in shock. Such a scene she never would have thought to behold it throughout her life and now she was.

No, no, Feral wasn’t being boiled alive in a pool like that one girl in final destination, by the way that was one place you wouldn’t wanna transmigrate to; neither was he being chopped up by Genad fish friends, not at all.

If he was being chopped up it would be crazy psychopathic of Genad to randomly ask if he was awake so leisurely.

It was just that….that….

“Zero….”

“Yes?”

“ZERO”

“Yes Dina?”

“Was I sent to target Lucifer?! ‘Cause he’s making a real hell of a fire with how hot he is!” Dina exclaimed with a sneaky smile making Zero speechless. But it couldn’t be helped, in the heavenly beauty stereotypes they were three main types: The angelic beauty, the demonic one and finally the fallen angelic ones/ demonic yet angelic beauties and that right now was what Dina beheld.

Light purplish hair which flowed down like a streaming spring, upturned almond eyes with the prettiest ocean blues that pierced a fierce light into any eyes that dared strayed to it; glossy, thin-looking pink lips arching into a permanent poker line.

An oval face with an edgy looking chin, a slender, pointed nose perfect in proportions just like his body, thin yet full eyebrows, slightly dark-purplish eyelashes that trembled at each motion of his eyes and did she mention, THE HAIR? It was so long, that it reached his legs even in a ponytail.

A real Lucifer.

T/N: Here, Dina likens him to Lucifer because he’s hot and a demonic yet angelic/fallen angelic beauty stereotype. This is because Lucifer was once known as the most beautiful angel in heaven before he was thrown down from heaven, turning to a demon. So basically, Dina is saying that Genad is the incarnation of Lucifer, hot, angelic yet devilish. (OR JUST PLAINLY FUCKING HOT KYAA!!)

“Are you okay?” Genad asked again with a frown while looking down at Feral whose face had turned bright red with how close their faces were, so close that their noses where almost touching.

‘Of course am not, I think I broke my leg falling for you or maybe its heatstroke from how hot you are?’

Zero: Really host? Pick-up lines?

Dina: At least it’s better than searching for yoga positions to try with sex

Zero: What?

Dina: Nothing~

“Ah…i-its n-n-not-…i-i-uh-ah…..” Feral stuttered with a flush as he stupidly stared at Genad who had a confused look in his face.

“What?” Genad asked anxiously, a bit forcefully this time as he grabbed at Feral’s arms which forced him to finally spit it out.

“Fine…I’m fine t-t-thanks” Feral said quietly, his voice as small as a mosquito’s annoying Genad a bit.

“If you’re fine then get up, we have to begin our journey instantly or else we might caught up in something annoying” Genad said as he stood up.

What he was saying wasn’t insensible as it was common for other races to target the coming of age period of the mermaids/mermen to attack and capture them before selling their parts for fortunes.

Everything that a mermaid possessed from head to tail was valuable and a once in a red moon treasure, and so being caught by any race especially humans meant complete dissection in order to sell the important parts- which was literally everything.

It was so dire that even selling a whole merman/mermaid treated with magic to avoid rotting was practiced, they were basically seen as some kind of special fish, which they kinda where since they possessed immersed magical energy capable of enhancing a person’s magical ability by leaps. With this it wasn’t unexplainable why they were rare commodities.

Dina herself knew this from the plot but wasn’t the least bothered. After all which kind of male lead dies disgracefully by being eaten as a fish? A FISH. Definitely not this bastard she was with.

But something different was bothering her, weighing on her mind direly; just now, she had wanted to talk to Genad normally but now….just now….she was…stammering? No more like, Feral was stammering.

‘I mean it couldn’t possibly be that my brain short-circuited due to his, Genad’s hotness and was having partial contact with my hearing sensory or something. It definitely has to be….’

Social anxiety.

It made sense, Feral had been living with only his parents for seventeen whole years of his life and now that he was finally out with someone, the guy happened to be a jackass, and might it be added extremely handsome, with a cute guy like Feral who had just come out to the world, it was only natural he would be all shy and introverted.

‘Kinda cute I tell ya, but bad somehow, am hella talkative and having to suffer from social anxiety means I’ll get depression from not speaking my entire thoughts!’ Dina wailed internally.

She once had a friend who had that thing, Kim, Kimberly, Kimbarley, Kimster, Kimber or whatever, she was a very shy girl and honestly she, Dina found it cute.

She was the type who would take a million years just to speak up, and was quite the pushover since she was slow at saying her mind and as a good friend, Dina always made sure to protect the cute lamb.

But…that little lamb fucked Mary up real bad because of her social anxiety issues.

She had a crush on this guy who happened to be a stalking horse and wouldn’t leave her, Dina, alone after tasting her poison…hey, she still had her virginity, no dirty thoughts. By her poison, she meant her awesomeness that never failed to attract people, back to business, that girl refused to listen to her and forced her to hook them both up.

They eventually started dating and guess what happened in the end? Well, after the dickhead broke up with her with the ‘sorry, it was actually your friend I wanted’ bullshit then Kim whatever took it out on her.

Oh, in case you don’t know who the friend is by now, of course it was her Dina, yeah maybe she was wrong to hook them both up and should have stood her ground but if your close friend bought you food for three weeks straight, slaved herself willingly against your will like copying your notes, doing your house chores for you and may she add by force! Gurl basically tormented her for a month, of course she would give up and so she wishing her all the best finally gave in.

Then, she turns right back and blame her for being a slut who seduced her boyfriend, won’t listen to what she said and blame her, Dina for all her insecurities.

Maybe she was being too judgy or just suffering from prolonged PTSD but since then she seriously avoided all social anxietists, pessimists, generally people with insecurities. Those are most likely to hurt their close ones because of their insecurities and she wasn’t ready to deal with a person’s shit when hers was still in front of her.

Of courses she knew that not everyone with social anxiety was like that but… I guess, you can all it PTSD from Kim whatever she stuck with avoiding people with that thing.

And now she was stuck inside Feral, who had it.

‘This must be the devil’ Dina thought tiredly.

How could she entrance someone if she was busy being dumb and shy, it wasn’t like this was a dating game where even the MC’s fart turns on the guys.

Hey, calm down addicts, i know you suffer playing those games but can’t ya’all seriously take a hyperbole?

‘This level became a little bit harder Zero’ Dina complained to her trusty system who responded her with silent. Oh, now we’re going into airplane mode? Fucking amazing.

“I said let’s leave, here’s your cloths” Genad said turning around as he handed Feral a bunch of clothes to put on as he was already dressed.

He had on a simple light purplish shirt having a ruffled wrist cuffs alongside a dark-blue cravat tucked in neatly, a purple sleeveless tailcoat with a low V-neckline which he had buttoned up and matching trousers. A pair of dark-purple knee boots, amethyst and white colored finger gloves and finally a lovely headband which had a beautiful large amethyst jewel laid on it which was used to tie up his hair in a ponytail.

‘Damn gorgeous, like something straight outta a reverse harem royalty game ah’ Dina thought with a whistle. Although sadly she couldn’t see his perfect body naked, seeing them on clothes were just as good ah.

Feral stared at the cloth in his hand for a while a bit lost, it consisted of a simple white shirt, dark-red belted button-down waistcloth, a pair of matching loose seamed slacks, black knee-high boot and an emerald pendant.

‘That pendant….’

Feral suddenly moved, hands tight on Genad’s collar who glared at him with a scowl as he glared right back, eyes shimmering bright red which happened whenever he was overwhelmed by a strong emotion.

“HOW DARE YOU TOUCH IT?!” Feral yelled in rage at Genad with trembling hands.

‘AH!!!! Where’s so fucked Zero!!’
