It had been a few days since Feral and his group had arrived in the forest. Apart from Genad’s abnormality everything else was pretty much okay except Dina who was wondering what their next move would be.

Genad had always been the spearhead of their entire journey and now that he was gone she couldn’t comprehend their next move. If they stayed for too long they’d be risking the enemy capturing them and if they were to move… frankly speaking she had zero idea where they’d be going. She could have used the plot knowledge she had, but many things had been changed rendering the plot useless and now she was in a pernicious situation.

“What a pain.”

“What is?”

“Ah!” Feral yelped in shock as he fell to the floor from the branch he was on. Rubbing his butt aggressively he looked up to glare at the blonde male hanging upside down on the tree while donning an awkward smile.

Instantly all his thoughts flew away, on seeing Genad’s beautiful abs on full display due to his shirt sliding down. Feral found himself drooling.

“Holy..!” he yelped but covered his mouth before he could complete his words. So hot!!

Feral gasped slightly when the male suddenly sprung up from the tree and thus landed in front of him. He was still gawking stupidly until a fair hand reached out to him and its owner softly spoke—

“You okay? I didn’t mean to surprise you, am sorry.”

‘Mommmyyyy!!! I want him!!’ Dina screeched maniacally in her mind.

So fucking cute!!! Ah!!!

“Calm down host, your nose is bleeding.”

“Huh?”

“Feral! Your nose! You’re bleeding! Wait, let me heal your nose…” Genad said worriedly as he approached the bleeding elf.

“No! I’m fine.”

‘So don’t come closer or I'll faint ah!’

Genad nodded obediently but still stared on worriedly as Feral used a piece of torn clothing to dry his bloodied nose.

‘Who was the guy that used to beat me up in training until I became a bloodied mess? Now a simple nosebleed has you worried? Wow, he really did change huh?’ Dina wondered.

Honestly, this Genad wasn’t that bad, he was cute, kind, and very obedient, and overall such a lovable being who could possibly outrank Paws in adorableness but if she had a choice she’d pick the other Genad.

Why? Because no matter how cute and sweet this one was, she found out recently that… she couldn’t raise the meter!

The damned thing seemed to have locked with Genad as well and no matter what she did, it stuck to its original point hopelessly. And of course, between her points and a cute Genad, she’d obviously choose the former!

“It’s really fine Genad…” Feral stated helplessly looking at the listless male who looked like he was a minute from crying. “It’s just a nosebleed.”

‘I actually didn’t believe that this was possible. Nosebleed just ‘cause someone’s hot? Well, that’s definitely a first for me,’ Dina thought awkwardly, Feral’s body truly was something else.

“B-but if it wasn’t for me…”

“Ah, Paws here!” Feral cut him off ruthlessly desiring to not continue the conversation on seeing the cute eagle flying towards them. Lifting up his arm the white eagle perched onto it while Feral caressed its feathers with his free hand.

Genad stared listlessly with dull eyes, unknown thoughts brewing inside his mind as his eyes sparked slightly.

Paws didn’t seem to notice though as he latched onto Feral even more on turning into a boy. After finally being coaxed to let go, he bent to the ground to divulge the information he had gotten.

Feral stared at the distinct drawing on the floor and was stunned at how neat and detailed the it was, it was almost like a mini Google map and even the dumbest could understand what was drawn.

Once again impressed he patted the little cutie who happily received the reward for his hard work.

Genad watched all this feeling… strange. He felt an odd emotion which he couldn’t place a hold on swell up in him but one thing was for sure, he didn’t like the two being so close to each other.

‘Maybe I also want to pet it?’

With that thought he reached out to pat Paws only for Paws to recoil in a panic before hiding behind Feral’s back while glaring at Genad like some enemy. It seemed Paws wasn’t that fond of this new Genad either.

‘Poor guy,’ Dina thought on seeing the frozen Genad who pitifully took back his hands.

“You can pat me instead if you want,” Feral suddenly said.

‘Wait what?! When did I… it's you again Feral isn’t it? Damned brat!’

Dina roared before immediately taking over but before she could take back the words Genad had already taken the offer and was having quite a great time ruffling up a certain male’s hair.

‘It’s really… soft and nice to touch,’ Genad thought with a flush, his heart was pounding hard and he was feeling all weird again.

“Master... is it not enough already?” Feral asked helplessly.

Looking at the male’s glistening eyes filled with slight embarrassment and his completely flushed-up face Genad felt his heartbeat accelerate faster than before. He wanted to… wanted to… what did he want to do?!

“Master!” Feral called out worriedly, right now Genad’s eyes glazed out and he looked a bit terrifying... somewhat like the original, was he finally getting better?

“I’m fine. Just hungry.”

“That’s alright, we know you don’t eat meat so I had Paws bring you plenty of fruits, all washed and ready!” Feral said cheerfully as he stuck his hand into his bracelet and brought out a sack filled with fresh fruits and handed them over to Genad.

“Thank you.”

Eventually, Dina made a decision to move toward the demon realm as it was the least dangerous place for them. The demon realm was the oddest region out of all the realms. To say that it was as scattered as its habitats wouldn’t be an exaggeration.

Unlike other realms which were arranged neatly within its region, it was a disconnected realm divided into three major areas and separated by deadly forests like the one they were in. Luckily for them, Paws aura was so outrageous it scared the beasts around them and they dared not approach or it’d have been messy trying to survive while hiding.

The lore of these three areas and why they were disconnected was related to the arrival of the demons in the lower realms in the ancient years. Legend had it that the first three angels who were cast down as demons were actually brothers and in other to punish them even more they were cast away in separate lands, far away from each other.

The firstborn landed in a land filled with nothing but rot and death everywhere which got its name as the ‘Deadman land’. This land birthed the deadmen who were known for their corroding energy and deathlessness. A land of zombies, vampires, witches, and other creatures of the night.

The secondborn landed in a land filled with dense negativity that could erode even the toughest of beings, however to demons it merely stimulated their desire for wickedness thus turning the land into a land of debauchness and all sorts of immorality, and thus its name ‘Land of Babel’. This land birthed succubus/incubuses, the gorgeous yet killer faes, and other pleasure-seeking demons/demoness.

The third born landed in the sea corroding it with his evilness, killing all creatures within and turning it into a death sea, thus its name ‘Blood Sea’. The land of birth for all aqua demons including the merfolks, the fallen sirens, and various others.

And then were the hybrids.

Even so, the demons all had one king in total depending on who won the coronation fight which was as simple as killing your other opponents to gain the throne. A crude yet simple method of kingship.

This was an era of the aqua demons after their selected prince won and became the overall ruler but the portal had appeared and once again history was to repeat itself. All demons were reeling to get their hands on the throne and within the portal lay a golden opportunity depending on one’s fortunes.

The demon king would also go to try his chance, after all, if one lucky youngster got the opportunity to be king, his death also meant a total purge of his entire household as declared by the law.

This was probably why the demons more than any other race took the portal's appearance so seriously.

To leave the demon realm one had to either go through the first or last land of the demon realm. The first is the Land of Babel then the Deadman Land and lastly, the Blood Sea. This was why the portal that had initially sent out the aqua demons landed them into the subdivision between the angels and demons, the forest of purity.

*** The realms were arranged according to demons to angels to elves to gnomes to humans. Where crossing either realm led to the next realm behind or before them. Which is why the demon realm leads to both the human and angel realm.

And right now they were situated between the Deadman Land and the Land of Babel, the most viable choice would be to escape through the Land of Babel and to the human world.

‘This is gonna be so difficult, I mean look at how pure he is!’ Dina exclaimed internally on seeing the blonde Genad bring his nth bouquet of flowers.

“Master, I told you it's enough you’re gonna pluck clean the entire forest!” Feral exclaimed as he cradled the flower.

“… your hair.”

“Yeah?”

“Your hair, put it there I think it looks gorgeous,” Genad said with a flush on his face while awkwardly looking away.

Feral who was affected by him also blushed a fair red which somehow suited the red flower on his hair giving him an amorous look.

“You okay now?” he asked with a slight pout actuating his plump red lips as he shyly turned for his master to appreciate him.

Genad’s heart was once more thrown into chaos but finally, after wondering what it was he had been feeling it finally hit him. He… he…. wanted to… do something so atrocious! How despicable! How could his mind ever devise such a disgusting idea?!

While these thoughts flew through his mind, a varying amount of emotions from bewilderment to shock to disgust passed through his face and Feral who witnessed everything felt a bit resentful.

If you hated it to the point of being disgusted why make me wear it in the first place?

“As expected master hates it huh? No need to feel disgusted by a guy wearing this kind of thing!” Feral said menacingly while tossing away the red flower, this time even though he once more influenced her words Dina was very supportive! Asshole, even while cute you’re still so venomous!

Genad was finally snapped out of his thoughts to see an angry Feral and he short-circuited.

“No! No! You look so pretty! So much that I nearly committed… blashph….” Genad words drifted off with the wind before he finally gave up and dashed further away from the duo once more.

Dina: SO ANGRY!!

“What is wrong with him?!”

Eventually, Feral was coaxed to wear another stupid flower after some serious petting, and together with his weird teammates, they departed into the lustful Land of Babel.
