[Earlier]-

It took a full five minutes for Jerry’s mind to finally clear up. At first, it was like a fluffy cloud was covering his mind making it blank but after it cleared up, he finally got himself.

“Host… Host, do you read me?” Zero-one asked, his usual professional voice now serious.

“Eh? You are…? And why are you in my head?!” A panicked Jerry screeched.

“Fucking shut it! That you’re finally awake doesn’t mean you can just run your mouth how you like,” a person answered while walking into the place Jerry was.

It was a different group from the ones who had woken him this time.

“Who are you?!” Jerry screamed, as he was blindfolded, he couldn’t see anything except darkness and this made his other senses increase.

He coiled up as soon as he felt a cold touch on his skin making him shiver in both fear of the unknown and the trepidation that came from the fact that the knowledge of himself was lacking in his mind. With the situation he was in, even if his memory was lost, he still knew this instinctual and deadly gut feeling that he was in for some shit.

“Shut it!” The male kicked his stomach making him groan.

“Ugh!” Jerry grunted in pain as his body slid backward, his body curled up in a ball from the pain.

“So weak, are you really a Pure? The spiritual energy you’re emitting is saying otherwise though…. seems like you’re a late awakened huh? But why so weak though? Oh, I forgot, you were drugged, ha,” The slender male mocked as he bent down and evaluated Jerry like some goods.

“Mr. Mack's son would definitely love this one! Good thing Mr. Johnson said we could use it for a while before bringing it over! He said to break him completely,” A gruff one that seemed to be with the male said in glee.

“Yeah... But don’t forget, this one is for the bosses,” the slender one said as he took out a syringe.

“You’re gonna shoot him?” The gruff one said.

“Yup, the bosses said that I should bring him after all,” The slender male said.

As for Jerry, he was busy discussing with Zero-one,

“So am a transmigrator on a mission and because of the drug they injected me that was meant to lock my powers momentarily, I have amnesia?” Jerry asked in a summary of all Zero had told him.

“Yes,” Zero-one said.

“Well, what do I do in this situation?” Jerry asked.

“You’d have to get out of here first, I did my research and know who these guys are, they are a group called the PURE BLACKS, and they specialize in kidnapping Pures and selling them out to people….”

“So in other words, human trafficking?” Jerry asked coldly.

“Yes, but only humans that are Pures, right now, they temporarily deactivated your powers which caused your memories to be locked as a side effect.”

“That is good for them though, because if they had not I would definitely deal with them mercilessly,” Jerry retorted cruelly.

“Either way, there are two things to do.”

“Yes?”

“Try to forcefully remember your memories, thus unlocking your power and I will guide you on how to use it to defeat them, OR you get away from here,” Zero said.

“Sound so easy~” Jerry muttered saucily.

“It’s the only way, host,” Zero said helplessly.

“But how the fuck will I do it?!” Jerry asked.

Zero was silent for a while before finally saying-

“I have a plan.”

“Go on,” Jerry asked.

The slender man walked towards Jerry ready to inject him with the syringe but was thoroughly surprised when Jerry suddenly got up and sent him flying with a kick.

“UGH!” The slender man groaned as he tumbled backward and fell with a ‘thump!’.

“That’s me returning the favor bastard!” Jerry said with a smirk as he leisurely shook off the cuffs and finally pulled off the blindfold.

Sure enough, the area he was confined in was also filled with darkness, Jerry thought with a frown.

“H.. h.. ow?” The gruff man said, as they were in the dark, Jerry couldn’t very clearly discern his features but he could still gain a grasp on where the bastard was, walking towards the shivering dude, he greeted-

“Oh, a mistake in math it seems, the drug wore off, and now am back, so…..” Jerry started with a scary smile, “Hello Motherfucker, How’s life?”

The gruff man tremblingly opened his mouth to say something but was shut up when Jerry’s punch crashed into his face sending him flying and… he got knocked out. Jerry strolled care freely until he reached the exit, opening it what he was met with was a group of seven men who all turned simultaneously, looking at him.

“FUCK.”

Looking at the scary and fear-inducing scene in front of him, Jerry took a deep breath to calm himself down, he still had a chance…. because of the skill Zero had just gifted him.

“/ The Enhancer (Grade C)-

A skill that increases all stats of the user by 50%, can only be used to increase five stats which will be chosen by the user and lasts for only 30 minutes after which it will be deactivated /”

“Increase strength, agility, speed, stamina, and the remaining for strength, Zero” Jerry ordered with a serious look on his face.

“Affirmative,”

It all happened in a blur, before the seven men could attack Jerry, he vanished from his position.

“Wh-ah!” the red-haired one screamed before being smashed into another buff man with black hair making them tumble over each other

The remaining instantly became alert against Jerry.

“He’s using his pure powers, although I don’t know how the drug wore out this quick… but we have to hold him down be…. ugh!” the dude that was just saying that was sent flying with stars in his eyes after receiving an uppercut from Jerry who suddenly appeared in front of him.

At this, the rest began to panic, they didn’t know what happened but three of them had already been taken out, this situation was getting really dangerous, what sort of power was this?

One lost it and broke into a run but before he could move far, Jerry grabbed him by the hair and smashed him against the wall making him cough out blood before passing out, looking at the cruel sight before them the remaining three shivered.

It wasn’t that they haven’t seen this kind of thing before it was just that knowing the fact that the next one might be them was the scary thing.

Jerry stared at the blood and felt weird, he felt he should be scared, feel nausea, maybe feel like puking? But he was so calm like it was a natural thing… perhaps as a transmigrator this was normal.

“Die!” A blonde one that managed to get to him within the space of time he was dazing off screamed as he punched at Jerry.

Jerry glanced at the duo who had taken off in a race and understood, this guy used himself as a distraction for others to escape and get back up. How loyal, too bad buddy, you’re luck isn't good.

In one swift move, he caught the blonde’s hand, pulled him forward, and kneed the still-shocked blonde who grunted heavily in response before passing out, throwing away the blonde casually like some cat, Jerry ran after the remaining and in a second was done with the two of them, looking at his handiwork he couldn’t be any prouder.

“So, where did you say the target and I live again?” Jerry asked Zero.

“And you can’t remember anything?” Jennifer asked, "For reals this time?"

“Yeah,” Jerry said awkwardly, and even more so when he noticed the blazing gaze Jack was giving him.

'What does she mean by 'this time'?'

“It must be the side effect of the injection given by the Black Pures, but to think that you actually managed to pull off such things even with that….” Elen muttered in disbelief after hearing Jerry’s story.

“It doesn’t matter as long as he’s okay!” Jason who had lapped onto Jerry said with relief.

“But he forgot his memories!” Jessica mourned in sadness as big fat tears dripped down, she had been crying so much today that her eyes were all red and puffy.

“Don’t cry, it's fine baby, he’ll regain it after taking a few drugs to completely wipe out the traces of the drugs injected in him. The good thing is that he’s safe, it really was a lucky escape,” Elen said with a sigh.

“Welcome back home Jerry, you might not remember this but am your bestfriend!” Jean said but suddenly started regretting it when he felt Jack’s blazing gaze about to burn a hole through his backside.

But before he could correct that, Jessica was way too excited to let him.

“And am your closest friend and partner, *hik* I was so scared Jerry! Uwah~!” Jessica fell on Jerry again and started bawling making the poor Jerry feel very awkward and sad that he couldn’t remember a thing.

“And am… em… your eh…. Jenny?” Jennifer said strangely making Elen nearly burst out laughing which she suppressed by covering her mouth.

“Hi Jenny,” Jerry greeted with a smile making Jennifer embarrassed.

“Ah whatever sucker,” Jennifer grumbled while pouting and sitting down on one side of the sofa

“And am Jason!” Jason said smartly to prevent ending like Jennifer making Jennifer growl in annoyance at how this clown managed to pull it off better than she did.

“And am Mrs. Elen, former Mrs. Johnson, we broke off and probably due to that he was after you. I apologize sincerely for all the inconvenience and apply my due thanks for going in for my son, it’s the noblest act I’ve ever seen, thank you very much,” Elen said and in her moment of happiness gave Jerry a hug to his shock.

“It’s no problem miss!” Jerry found himself blushing at all the compliments with the thin face he had.

“Jack, what has your ass been doing there since? First, he’s gone and you go crazy and then next you act like some corpse!” Jennifer bellowed at Jack.

‘She definitely has no respect ah…. and isn’t he the target zero was talking about, dark-green hair, green eyes, and the oldest amongst them, also named Jack,’ Jerry thought.

“It’s just that….” Jack said in a cool voice, his voice was so light and feathery that it came out almost like a whisper.

His family members watched him as he walked up to Jerry slowly as if a movie was unwrapping before them, he traveled on till he reached in front of Jerry who was sitting down on a sofa, and Kabedoned him right there.

“What the hell is he doing?” Jennifer asked.

“Oh my God, that is so hot!” Jessica said with a giggly smile while squealing to which Jason replied.

“Weren’t you just crying?”

“Shut up, what’s your own?”

“Shh!” Jean shushed them with his full attention on Jerry and Jack, even Elen was curious about what Jack was going to do.

She had always known that Jack had always seen Jerry as someone special to him but to what extent had been a mystery.

Just as all were watching, the movie finally unfolded-

“Why forget me at all? Was my importance not that striking that you forgot me along with them?” Jack said in a sullen voice displaying his displeasure making Jerry feel his heart beating out of his chest in sadness and agony.

“No... I…” Jerry muttered helplessly not knowing what to say, it wasn’t like it was his fault to have forgotten.

“Well, then I hope this makes you know just how more important I am…” and before everyone’s eyes, Jack bent down and stole a kiss from Jerry’s lovely lips.

Everywhere was so silent that a pin-drop would be heard soundly like a drum beat but Jack was in no way done.

“We’re lovers,” Jack said with a satisfied smile at Jerry who totally froze up.

“Nani the Fuck?!”

“The hell?!”

“What in the world of machines….!”

“Wait what?”

The maid and guards could only sweat profusely at the tremor the house faced from the bombardment of their masters and mistresses' screams.
