"The target"
Caption Cleo: " Red dagger you see the target?" I took a sip of my wine and set the wine on the servers tray as I started walking to the target "Roger caption" the man's name is James Elrod he's a wealthy man but he's a traitor to the gang.
Ah I almost forgot to introduce myself i'm Naomi Ellis i'm a 16 year old girl highschool dropout and an assassin that's all you need to know for now Caption Cleo: "Red dagger the others are on the roof just give the signal when ready" I took a sigh " let's get this over with " I mumble under my breath I started walking over to Mr. James James Elrod was surrounded by three other rich men it was sorta disturbing.
"Mr. Elrod?" he stopped talking to the other men and pulled his attention to me "Yes how can I help you?" I took a breath "can you meet me outside please it will only be a minute.." James Elrod looked at me confused "Oh sure.. I'll be right back everyone" he said to the other men the other men just mumbled and grumbled.
I showed James Elrod to the outside and he turned and spoke "So what is it?" I took a breath and smiled and I spoke in my ear piece " Now.." James Elrod dropped dead right in front of me I spoke into my earpiece " Nice one blair " as I said that I looked up at a building right above this is Blair Mintz she is best at shooting from far places " Thanks! Red dagger ".
I walked in the alley way so I wouldn't get seen by anyone I was tossing my dagger up in the air and then catching it then a man then showed up right in front of me he had brownish black hair and beautiful hazel eyes he was gorgeous my heart was pounding I never felt this emotion before it was very strange.."Ah i'm sorry miss" I started choking up my words "N-no no it's alright!" I smiled awkwardly "hey weird question but can I get your number..? " I was shocked but I was also happy? I wanted to refuse but I just couldn't " A-ah sure!" I got my phone from the strap on my leg then we exchanged numbers.
Later that night I was at my apartment eating some noodles before I get to bed then i heard my phone go bing! I looked at my phone and I got a text from an unknown number I couldn't tell who it could be I read the message " Hey its me the guy from the party earlier :D" my heart jumped with joy as I read his text I texted him back " Oh hey I- I didn't really get your name..-"
" oh my name is Idris Grey hbu?" I blushed on seeing his name his name sounds so pretty " Cute name Idris I'm Naomi Ellis" It only takes him a second to reply! " Your name is cute as well Naomi!" all night me and Idris texted each other I rarely got any sleep " hey lets meet up tomorrow! I think it would be better to talk in person" I choked up "meet up?" I mumbled and I finally texted him back and said "sure!" I put my phone down and blushed and smiled. I got into some pj's and went to sleep. This afternoon I was rushing to get ready for this "meetup" i'm pretty sure it is a meetup.. I shook my head It's just a meetup Naomi Get ahead of yourself! After I got in the shower I put my wig back on and my contacts I looked the same as the night before I arrived at the spot we were gonna meet at until I got a call from Cleo my boss I answered my phone " yes boss..? " Cleo: "Red dagger tonight I have a special mission for you and only you.." I was shocked at the thought of a mission only for me?! " Really boss that's awesome! thank you so much" Cleo: "you will start tomorrow someone will send you the information later goodbye Red dagger" Cleo ended the call and I saw Idris right in front of me I jumped " your not planning on ditching me right?" he said jokingly "W-what of course not!" he laughed "hey what's so funny!" i'd snap he stopped laughing and held my chin up " you silly" he smiled and started walking I turned so red I looked like a tomato.
Me and Idris decided on going to a coffee shop near the park I ordered a frappuccino and he just ordered a coffee..- I mean whatever floats his boat.. me and Idris were talking the whole time it made my heart flutter we were rudely interrupted by my phone I got the info for my next mission I was going to be a highschooler the one thing I never wanted to go back to.. Idris looked at me confused "hey you alright Naomi?" I looked up at him " O-oh yeah! just something happened at work .. " he looked upset for some reason "Oh i see.." Later that evening we both left the coffee shop I turned to him " you really didn't have to pay you know " I said guiltily " it's fine really I didn't mind really! " he'd check his phone " oh I have to go i'm sorry darling" "darling"?! did he just call me "darling" I turned red he then got close to my face and kissed my cheek " Let's meet again!"he would say then he ran off.
