Chapter 01 

What Lubius was having was a suspended feeling of falling.

Even in this darkness as he could feel himself possibly sinking deeper than he imagined. 

He already had no strength to fight back, he was already having trouble breathing and his consciousness was slowly fading away. 

He could remember the boat he was on having an accident and he could remember trying to help one of the drowning children nearby when the child was rescued. He was suddenly hit by a large wave that carried him away in the strong current before he drowned like this. 

He had just turned twenty years old.

There were still many things he wanted to do. 

Then he realized that he didn't seem to feel the current at all, and only felt himself slowly falling deep down. 

Then he could suddenly open his eyes. 

"Huh— what's going on?" Lubius couldn't stop himself from speaking and realized that he was staring at an unfamiliar ceiling. 

"Wait? Am I safe?" 

Lubius continued to glance left and right to find himself on a floor with various items lying nearby. It looked like various cans of beer as well as medicine. 

"What the hell… Ugh…" 

Lubius was still confused about what happened before he suddenly felt a throbbing in his head that made him feel dizzy and sick. Before then he felt various streams of memories popping into his head. Most of them were new memories that he didn't recognize. 

However, it seemed to come from within him because the memories he had were basically calling his name. The family he had was practically the same, the face he had was slightly different, but very familiar. 

What Lubius could take away from this memory was that he was in a body that could be said to be his alternate self in a different world. 

Because himself in this world had a familiar yet different appearance because basically his current self was like an animated version of himself. This was not only the case for him, but also for his family. No, everyone in this world. 

"Ugh… Are you saying that I'm already dead?" The throbbing in Lubius' head had subsided and he seemed to understand what was happening to him. Although he was a little shaken by the fact that he died, at the same time knowing that he had a second chance like this made him feel a little relieved. 

Perhaps because he woke up with the same body in terms of name, age and family, he did not feel too shaken because there was still something familiar that he felt. 

Plus it might be because he basically read a lot of stories about isekai, reincarnation and also transmigration which could be said to be popular for more than ten years in his world. 

"I can't believe that I'm going through something like this. At the same time, I should be grateful for this opportunity." From the memories he got he could conclude that he in this world was very far compared to him. You could say almost a hundred and eighty degrees reversed his attitude because in this world he was a dropout from college and also unemployed who spent a lot of money from his parents. 

Before he later died from excessive alcohol consumption and also various types of drugs that he had never touched in his previous life. And somehow his soul entered his body from the other world, maybe because they died at the same time, or it could be karma because he did something good before he died. 

Unfortunately, Lubius couldn't know the truth because he didn't meet any gods, goddesses, and the like. Something that happened often in the stories he read. 

"Ugh… This could not have happened if they had behaved like their parents in my home world." Lubius couldn't stop commenting because in the memory he got himself in this world was very spoiled and also in the end became someone who was addicted to online gambling and the like. Even now, he has debts without the knowledge of his parents and siblings. 

"Haa…" Lubius could only sigh heavily when he remembered that his debt was quite large, and now that the money his family had given him was almost gone, he needed money as soon as possible to survive this month. 

Regardless, the difference between him and himself in this world was possible because there was basically a big difference between this world and the earth he knew. 

The fact that in this world women hold the status of breadwinner in this world. It was not strange because if the multiverse or the like was a reality, it would not be strange if there was a world where women were basically stronger and faster than men in a certain world. If Lubius thought about it again, on Earth itself there were several types of animals whose female counterparts were basically stronger than the male one. 

This itself occurred in this world because unlike the previous world, it seemed that this world had something that did not exist, namely psychic abilities. Such as making people stronger and also faster in a moment, the ability to make fire and the like. This was because humans in this world could control something that floated freely in this world called Eron to make energy in their bodies so that they could do things similar to magic or psychic in Lubius' past life. 

It was interesting, but unfortunately it seemed that Eron was more compatible with women than men, even if there were muscular men and the like. They could easily be defeated by women with Eron. Then it didn't stop there, because of their dependence on Eron it wasn't strange that the technology created in this world was very connected to Eron. So what happened was that most jobs were controlled by women and men increasingly became household husbands in this world. 

So it was no surprise that Lubius was spoiled rotten as the only boy in his three-sibling family.

"Hm… It feels interesting, I wonder if I can do something with this Eron as well." Lubius was basically not interested in Eron in this world, but it seemed that he knew the basics of using Eron because it was basically something like reading and writing. 

Lubius closed his eyes and remembered what he knew about Eron, it didn't take long for him to realize that there was something floating around him. It was a little hard to explain, but you could say it was sending out a message like a radar wave that made Eron move and enter him. 

Which, to be honest, was far from Lubius' preference because he found it a rather slow process to get Eron into his body. He also realized that Eron entered his body like he drank five glasses of water before he had reached the capacity of Eron that could enter his body. 

"Something that is obviously very little… Ugh, maybe.. Gah… I wish I knew more." Lubius commented while complaining because in this world Lubius had very little knowledge about Eron. 

"Ah… I can look into the internet, can't I?" Lubius realized that and walked over to his desk and turned on his PC. From the PC setup he saw, Lubius immediately realized that the PC he had must be very expensive. 

"He lives a life of fun and wastes it all by getting drunk and the like. I can't forgive myself from this world. Ah… Wait, there's something I haven't tried yet. Okay… Ehem… Status…" Lubius cursed himself before he realized that there was one thing he hadn't tried that was fundamental in a story of reincarnation or transmigration, and that was saying his status. 

However, nothing happened. Lubius also tried using other words, but none of them worked. It seemed that Lubius didn't get game skills and the like. 

Moreover, after Lubius checked on the internet, even his ability to control Eron and the capacity he had were below the standard for men that were already far below the standard for women. When Lubius knew this, he immediately understood why he was not interested in Eron and the like in this world. It was because he basically had no talent at all. 

This was when Lubius realized why this family spoiled him so much, because it could be categorized that he was almost the same as having a disability. 

"If that's the case, I might be too hard on myself in this world... Even so, having debts without talking to my parents is still too much, especially using things given to me by my parents as collateral. I have to think about how to earn money as soon as possible." 

As the only son in his past life, Lubius was used to being the one who could take care of his younger siblings and older sisters and also be a responsible man. For this reason, he found being in debt to be a huge burden on his mind.
