29 Chapter 29 - Lucky Xia

With a red face, Xia che whispered, "I'll take responsibility."

Ecstatic at this, Long lifted him and placed him on his lap. He hugged him close and breathed into his ears, "Thank you... I will be responsible too."

He was genuinely happy about Xai che's answer. Even though he tricked him into accepting him, he felt great joy hearing his answer.

'How could he do things with someone they don't love? I knew it he loves me and is too shy to tell it out loud.'

'I'll just wait for him to say it out loud, and then I'll say it too,'

He thought, kissing the silly crayfish's shoulders. He flinched a little and whispered, "That tickles."

He chuckled, nuzzling into his lover's silky smooth skin. The little crayfish kept wiggling around, feeling a certain something poking his thighs.

"Little son... mnn long can you let me go. I feel very sweaty," Xia che whispered, slightly pushing on his shoulders.

"Sorry about that," Long Aotian grinned awkwardly, scratching his head. Xia che shyly looked up at him through his lashes.

'I didn't think I would do that with... with my son at that. But what he said is true as a man I have to be responsible. I should not flinch away from it,' he thought as he glanced at him with determination.

"I will definitely take responsibility. But we can't marry now, I need to find Yukiya before that," he said with determination in his eyes.

"Who is Yukiya?" long whispered in a dark tone. But the silly crayfish failed to notice this change.

"Ho, Yukiya is my master and my mother. She adopted me when I was just and egg and raised me for 2000 years," Xia che said cheerfully.

"So she raised you from young. I hope you didn't do anything we did together with her," Long whispered, pulling the crayfish's face closer.

"What the heck are you talking about? She is my mother okay," Xia mumbled slightly offended by the doubtful dragon.

Long noticed his disappointed face and felt extremely guilty for even asking such a question. 'Idiot! Why did you ask him that question? He said she is his mother, and he means that. Why the heck did you doubt your lover?' Long internally scolded himself.

Holding his lover's face close, he apologized, "I am sorry. I was being extremely insensitive. I am just..... I have never been in love before so I don't know how to act or how to even speak," he said with frustration.

Xia che saw that the little snake was apologetic and forgave him immediately. "It's okay. I forgive you," he whispered, touching his hands slightly.

Long smiled at his lover and kissed him gently on his forehead. 'This is what made me fall head over heels in love with him,' he thought.

"I.." long started but was interrupted by a hesitant voice, "Um guys are you finished yet,"

Xia che suddenly remembered the old dragon's soul's presence and was mortified. He hid his face with his hands and screamed into it. 'I can't believe I made out in front of someone. And in someone else's home,'

Meanwhile, Long was extremely shocked by this mysterious voice. "How dare you peep at my lover?" he shouted.

"Hey, I didn't peek at anyone or anything. You guys where the ones making out like rabbits in my home," the voice said little offended.

"What did you say?" Long screamed, releasing some of his aura. "Long stop it," Xia said, holding his forearm.

"That dragon is the reason that you are alive. So don't hurt him," he whispered, giving him a puppy dog look.

"Him?" Long questioned, giving that soul a look. 'Hmph, this silly crayfish got cheated again. That is not even a dragon, it was a mud dragon. It's what people call the mutated version of an earthworm. That explains the pathways. Knowingly or unknowingly this stupid mud dragon helped him gain his human form so ill forgive him,' he thought as he glared at the offending soul.

The soul shivered, feeling the mighty presence. 'A dragon. He is an actual heavenly dragon and I peeped at them. Oh god I am so dead this time,' it thought shivering in the corner.

"Hmp, you better not come in front of me again," long said with killing intent.

"Yes, yes my lor.." before it could finish calling him lord the dragon gave him an extremely threatening glare.

"Yes, my fellow cultivators. In fact, you can have this entire palace. It's yours," the old mud dragon said with a painful smile. A small bead flew from one of the walls into Xia che's hands.

Xia che smiled cheerfully and thanked the old dragon soul. 'Wow, this space has everything they need and it's even portable. This is super awesome,' he thought, looking up at Long.

'I knew it he was very lucky for me,' he thought with a blush.
