21: SAYING GOODBYE TO BABY LOK (1)

Chan Millie at this moment decided if Baby Lok gets better she would take her baby away and hide him from all the dangers of this world. Especially these Fengs there was more to them than meets the eye. Chan Millie would take him away from the evil Feng Chou and the dilemmas that followed him they were too dangerous for her weak child. Feng Chou had too many skeletons in his closets that Chan Millie had uncovered but didn't want to be any part of it.

Chan Millie mother in law and Father in law entered the room they saw there precious grandchild on the bed with a machine attached to him they were so upset they couldn't believe that this morning they were playing with him he was laughing with them and now he lay there helpless.

Father in law talked to Feng Jo then the doctor came and Feng Jo and father in law Followed him to his office while he clearly explained the situation to him and from the outlook looked and also showed him the surveillance video of what happen the blood boiled in the father in law he made a decision then and there. When they came out of the office he rang the lawyers and asked to draw some document up and he needed them in an hour. He was very angry with his son. He couldn't believe that he would be so irresponsible.

Feng Jo took out his phone he and his underworld team had a deep discussion they found a way to treat Feng Lok. But they needed to take him to America with him. They said he would recover but not 100% but they would try their best.

Feng Chou book everything he explained everything Chan Millie's Father in law he agreed with Feng Jo and give his blessing to him to let him take his grandson for treatment. But the plan they devised would leave the family in shock and despair but it had to be done if they want Feng Lok to live. They only way would be this way and Father in law lived his grandson a lot.

While they still discussing the lawyer brought the relevant document. Feng Jo went back to the room where Feng Lok was. And looked at the helpless little tike fighting for his life he so wished he could exchange his own life for this little ones so he could grow to be a healthy young man.

Father in law went to find Feng Chou he arrived to find his son sat next to Fen's bed. Father In-law held his anger in as he entered the room he called his son. Feng Chou was surprised to see his father but he bowed down in respect.

Father in law:" come outside I want to talk to you" there was no emotion.

Feng Chou looked at Fen and then followed his father out. Feng Chou stood with his head bowed down looking at his feet he didn't dare to look at his father in the eyes he knows he was wrong he was guilty of neglecting his son. But he was too ashamed to look his father in the eyes.

Father in law:" I see you have made your decision and this is what you want then you shall be granted you wish but it comes at a cost" he sighed.

Feng Chou looked at his father he knew something was about to happen but what even he wasn't sure he decides to accept what fate had dished out. Because today he had made his decision and he to stand by it for the sake of Fen. He was fighting for his love.

Father In-law saw his son didn't ask anything so he continued:" if you choose Fen today then you will give parental rights of your son and signs his guardianship to Jo and you will also divorce Millie and let her go don't think that I don't what you have done to that girl but if you had investigated properly you would have seen you had the wrong person and the real culprits are roaming around free Millie has suffered enough let her go now you got your revenge and what happens in the past leave it there and moved forward. just sign these papers okay" he said the last bit gently he always knows his son loved Fen that's why he didn't understand why his son would marry Chan Millie then his investigation revealed the reason but what surprised him was that his son had the wrong culprit. He was as guilty as his son because he never stops his son from torturing that poor girl he had his selfish reasons.

Feng Chou looked at his father he understood what his father said about his son but what did he mean that he had the wrong person all the evidence he had pointed to Chen Millie what did his father find out:" what do you mean dad that I have the wrong person" he knows when he stayed with Fen he had lost his right as a father he failed as a father he had let his son downtime and time again he was better of with Feng Jo he had seen the way he loves this child so he would be only more than happy to hand his son to his brother.

Father in law was disappointed in his son who didn't once fight for his son who gives up on his son he wondered what went wrong in his bringing up his son that he chose his lover over his flesh and blood:" I will send over the evidence for you take a look just sign the documents please I need to this baby Feng is critically ill" he didn't have anything else to say to this son of his he would never accept Fen as a daughter in law but it wasn't what his decision so he would have acknowledged it. But it didn't mean he would like it.

After he signed the document Feng Chou watched his fathers retreating he didn't enter the room he sat outside and let the tears flow down he repeated to himself:" sorry son I am sorry daddy let you down you will be better off with Uncle Jo he loves you lots daddy is sorry I am not worthy of being your father sorry son" he put his face in his hands and cried until there no more tears left.

He hated Chan Millie with all his heart now if it hadn't been for her he wouldn't be in this dilemma now he would be happily married with a child of his and Fen's he would never forgive Chan Millie even if he had signed the divorce papers he still would make her life hell. He hated her because of this first time he couldn't look his father in the eyes while talking he let his whole family down it was all her fault.

Father in law rung Feng Jo and called him out so they could discuss what they needed to do next they needed to protect baby Feng Jo his life he had become an open target if it wasn't Fen it would be the Chan's so he needs the best way to protect his period's grandson.

Feng Jo met his uncle outside in the car they discussed the details Father in law also give him the document with the Feng Jo becoming Feng Lok adopted father he also told Feng Jo the plan it shocked Feng Jo to the core he knew it was the safety of Feng Lok but he felt that it was unfair for Chan Millie too but he had to promise his Uncle he would keep it a secret from everybody.

Feng Jo heard that Chan Millie father in law had asked Feng Chou to divorce Chan Millie another plan popped on to Feng Jo's head he thought this is all good he thought to hold on Millie I will come for you.

All the preparation plan we've put in place the doctor that would travel to America with baby Feng Lok was ready on the private plane time was of the essence if they were too safe Feng Lok.

As father In law and Feng Jo approached the ward where Feng Lok was they saw Chan Millie was sitting by her baby's bed talking to him telling him Mummy loved him and family loved him so he had to get better for them.

Feng Jo tighten his fists he was about to do the most unforgivable thing he would ever in his life but for his nephew, he had to do it. Father in law was in his dilemma he had come to love Chan Millie as one of his children but not more than his grandson so he had to give her heartache to save his grandchild.

Father in law:" Millie dear that doctor wants to talk to you" he said very gently.

Chan Millie:" okay daddy I will go and see him will you watch Loki don't leave him on his own you know how he hates it when nobody is around" she kept looking back at her baby she had a gut feeling something was wrong but she still needed a clear picture of want was happening with her son she walked out to see the whole family sat there she didn't want to talk she didn't want to say she put her head down and walked to the doctor office.

In the office, the doctor explained that it wasn't good news baby would not survive past the next 24 hours and it was best to make the necessary arrangements as the doctor was following orders from Chan Milli's Father in law. He had broken the ethic code he had taken but he couldn't go back now.

The earth under Chan Millie moved without moving she was left shocked the tears flowed down she couldn't control her emotions she dropped down on her knees her hand in front clasped together and begged the doctors to safe her son she would anything please help him. She didn't know why the whole room went dark she collapsed the doctor then injected her with sleep injection it would keep her knocked out for the next 36 hours so they could carry out the task easily.

The doctor informed the father in law his task had been carried out. Then the baby Feng Lok was moved to the plane and transported to America so they could start the treatment for him.

Feng Jo couldn't go with Feng Lok because it would look suspicious but they had to follow the plan through but Feng Jo wasn't worried his team was guarding Feng Lok with their life's. And his best buddy Doctor Sam was travelling with a baby Lok.

As soon as the would arrive they would inform him and treatment would start. Everything was already in place. In the meantime, it was time to inform the family that Feng Lok was dead and prepare for a funeral.

They had to bury the baby doll they found to replace baby Feng before Chan Millie came round. They all felt with her being the mother she would know it wasn't her son and she might course hindrance in getting Feng Lok to America and also they wouldn't be able to get her to leave the Fengs which she must do at all cost especially if that Fen had woken up. Because she wouldn't let go of her son and would stay attached to the family or so they thought.
