Champ of the Fightpits

Roland took a look to see who was yelling. He saw a beefy guy stand up from his "throne" on top of the crowd. The guy wandered down the stands and jumped into the pit. "So who's up for a beating?" He yelled again. "Boss you and we both know that we can't beat you in a fight." it sounded from the stand. "Then how about you all come down here and fight me together? Been a long time since I had a nice fight." the "Boss" yelled up to the crowd. "He would be the best chance to learn one or two things about this part of Ionia" Roland thought, "but there's no way I'm gonna fight a guy who even the entire crowd couldn't take on" Stumped by this development he left the underground and went back to the inn.

On his way back he stumbeled into a street festival where they were celebrating a spirit said to be living in the forest near. Due to this Roland grew curious. "Would it be possible to see a spirit now that it's beeing celebrated?" thinking that, he ventured into the forest. Walking deeper and deeper into it, seeing flickering lights here and there mesmerized by them until a sudden sharp pain on his cheek brought him back to reality. "You who entered here turn back now or it won't be a warning next time!" a female voice echoed all around him. As he put his hand to his cheek he felt a warm liquid flow on his hand and when he looked at it it was blood red. Looking down behind him he saw a purple feather stuck in the ground. "I'll leave this forest so refrain from further attacks!" he yelled back at while slowly backing away from the position he was. After taking a few cautious steps he turned tail and got out of the forest as fast as he could. "Better to stay away from there for a bit"
