Chapter 41: The Menu and Costs of Dishes.
When the fragrance exploded, from the kitchen to the hall to outside of restuarent.
The peddlers, drivers, etc.., who were going on their journey, couldn't help but wondered where the strong fragrance came from.
Soon they followed the fragrance and entered the Colosseum Restuarent and dashed with a bang!

Don't know which stranger shouted but soon one by one, shouted the slogan, making it loud.

One of the customer couldn't help but ask, "Young lady, what kind of dishes will you be serving us?"
Shen shui expected this question sooner or later.
She smiled and explained, "Dear customer, since it's a new restuarent, we will be serving pure vegetarian dishes and other side dishes, such as milkshake, fruit salads, etc... ."
"What about non-vegetarian and seafood dishes?" Another customer couldn't help but also enquire about it.
"It will be introduced soon, but we will have to wait." She politely introduced.
"Why do we have to wait for non-vegetarian and seafood foods? Can't you buy from the existing shops?" Another customer grumbled.
"That's right! That's right!" Customers agreed and shouted in unison.

Shen Shui, seeing their expressions, which soothed the crowd, gave out a relief and continued her explanation, "Dear customers, the reason why we didn't introduce non-vegetarian and seafood dishes for the time being, is because the vegetable ingredients are not ordinary. And it's not available on the market. That's why for non-vegetarian and seafood dishes will have to wait!"
"Can I ask from where these vegetable ingredients are available from?" Another customer asked.

The crowd laughed at the question and at the innocence of the child's question, making the atmosphere lively. But still some agreed on the question.
Shen Shui, still smiled and explained even more smoothly, "Don't worry, I have prepared the menu. I will distribute it to all of you and you all will be shocked."
With that she signaled one of her workers, with her eye, and the assistants nodded.
The took the menu and gave to the customers one by one.
Soon the crowd exploded, "How is this possible? How? How?"
"WHAT!!!!"
"What kind of dish is this? Why haven't I heard of this dish?"

The menu consisted of different dishes depending upon the expertise of each cook of their own nationalities. Old Guanzi had taught them within these two days.
The menu is categorized as - Classical Arab Dynasty Cuisines; Classical Indian Dynasty Cuisines; Classical Native Africans Dynasty Cuisines; Classical Russian Dynasty Cuisines; Classical Korean Dynasty Cuisines, Classical Mongolian Dynasty Cuisines; Classical Uyghurs Dynasty Cuisines; Classical Chinese Dynasty Cuisines; Classical Vietnamese Dynasty Cuisines; Classical Camdodian Dynasty Cuisines; Classical Australian Dynasty Cuisines; Classical Thailand Dynasty Cuisines, Classical Myanmar Dynasty Cuisines; Classical Persian Dynasty Cuisines; Classical Egyptian Dynasty Cuisines; Cakes and Milkshakes; Desserts and lastly, Signature dishes of each Country.
Under these categorization, each one having around a lists of more than 1 zillions. But the menu, provided in hand copy overall consisted of 30 pages.
The customers can also see the price rates. Some costs more than 10,000 RMB.
Some costs even less than 1 RMB. This is the cheapest affordable price, for those who cannot afford to eat costly dishes.
The maximum price range listed in the menu ranges from above 10,000 RMB to 100 billion RMB, which can be said costly, too costly!
The customers and guests were dumbstruck with such a pricing!
But still, people are willing to eat the dishes if the impression is good and above all unique!
