I started running and okamoto is behind me after a while I started to increase speed I glance look behind me and he keeping up so I ran faster we reach the training ground in 20 minute I get here less than 10 minute.

then he get in push up position it took him 7 minutes to get 30 push up I let him rest a little then tell him to start again this time he finish it 8 mintes.
