Everyone believes in something, right? Some may even be absurd or out of the ordinary. But little ol' introvertive Evangeline (Evie) Roberts simply believed that families should never abandon each other. And yet, she was recently been abandoned by her own parents but not intentionally. They were supposed to go on a so called "business trip" but got killed on the way. She tried to learn more about what really happened especially if her suspect is her one and only best friend, Damon Wallis. They've been best friends since the start of their high school life and yet they still remained friends. Feelings started to grow between them but it was too late when she was swept off of her feet by non other than the most brainless, narcissistic, heartbreaker of their school. Lucas St. James. In addition to that, she was too blinded by his looks that she kept on being with him, not realizing reality. But what happens if she had finally realized that he was only playing with her heart and never really loved her the way she wanted him to? She'll always come running to Damon, who's always there for her to give her a part of his heart. Will she be able to come to her senses that Damon loved and cared for her from the very start?
