Woodrill City, the land that will serve as the capital city of the moon elf race and other beings that swore allegiance to the Moon Elf Lord. The plains are currently experiencing unprecedented peace and leisure. No moving huge rocks. No rolling logs and, most of all, no construction noise are heard. After the distribution of lands and residential houses, the Moon Elf Lord has proclaimed a week-long rest for everyone— as seen in the bold and oversized text carved on the bulletin board. The strokes of Old Moon Elven characters are vigorous, as if it is yelling to the entire populace to use the time off to rest and pamper themselves.
But for the Moon Elves, who hardly know the concept of pampering, they spent the day off practicing the Moonlight Circulation Technique with the hopes that they will get to improve their core and breakthrough and, at the same time, to reawaken their True Elements just like the Moon Goddess' Temple head priest, Nicol.
