39 CH 39: Night Meeting

Ruler spent another week inside the dueling dimension before leaving. When he and Achilles exited, the sunset looked to be in the same place it was before they entered.

"You can play around and go visit America again if you want. Be sure to check up on mom and the idiots for me."

"Thanks. And you got it, boss."

Achilles activated his Troias Tragōidia before riding off into the sunset and towards New York. Seeing that he rode away, Ruler released his wings and began flying toward Genosha.

--Neo Community, Genosha--

Ruler landed on the Neo Hq before proceeding down to the meeting room. They had agreed to have a meeting after their first day with the clan leaders of the Neo.

Ruler was the last to arrive as Slash, Ember, and the clan and vice clan leaders were already there.

"Sorry about being the last to arrive," Ruler said while rubbing the back of his head and feeling embarrassed. He was usually the last to arrive. Not because he was late but everyone just came early.

The others waved it off. They were used to is and did not mind it. When Ruler took his seat, everyone began discussing what they noticed during the day.

The clan and vice clan leaders started. They had been surveying their community for anything that was lacking as well as any bugs or traps. It seemed that Magneto trusted them for the most part.

"The community he has set up is excellent. It not only allows our current members to fit in perfectly but also has plenty of room for growth or to allow in normal mutants. Our maximum capacity is over 5,000.

We have all the facilities we need as well as farms in order to grow plants and raise animals if they needed any more food besides the state provided food. We also have state of the art laboratories and fully stocked pharmacies and a hospital.

Our armory comes stocked with plenty of cold and hot weapons that are ready to be used. We also have over 200 cars, 100 trucks, 20 cargo trucks, 15 tanks, 20 jeeps, 5 helicopters, 10 personal planes, and 4 military jets.

All in all, we have everything we need to be apart of Genosha and grow our community. As for the bugs we were expecting, we have found a few but less than we had expected."

Esp reported. Gethrin confirmed the numbers of everything as well as reported the number of bugs and traps his clan had found. The Shockwave Riders only discovered 13 bugs and 34 traps in their entire 5-mile community. They could have missed a few but the numbers were within their expectations. The Neo had to earn their trust from the other mutants after they had acted... undesirably a few times.

It was Slash who went next.

"I was placed under Lady Mastermind. The woman seems fine for now but I am unsure about her loyalties toward the nation. I felt as if she was testing my loyalties. Not to confirm my willingness to protect the nation but my loyalty if I was ever to betray the nation or the Neo.

I say we be careful around her and her father. There is no need to inform Magneto or the mutants yet. This could all just be a misunderstanding on my part."

The others were worried after hearing about Lady Mastermind. She was an unstable element in what they hoped was their peaceful new life if what Slash said was correct. They each made a mental note to be careful around her and anyone she was close to. Everyone turned their attention to Ember.

"Pyro is unstable but loyal. He is chaotic and an asshole but he does not seem like a threat to the nation. His leadership abilities are next to nothing. Using him and several of the other Inner Circle members as a reference, most got their position from being in the Brotherhood or their relationships.

Many of them do not seem like great leaders such as Pyro and Toad. Which makes me question why Magneto does this. He does not seem like one to risk his nation's stability just because they are loyal. He could have just made bigger districts and dividing the Inner Circle into district leaders and vice leaders.

If they are so foolish as to betray him because of their lack of leadership abilities, then they really should not be in the Inner Circle. Which, again, brings up the question of why. We need to be careful if this all is a plot my Magneto to cause trouble or something for the good of the nation."

No one thought it unusual that even though they had been officially accepted as members of the nation only a week as well as only being on the land a single day, they already considered the nation as their own. Neo were proud and loyal to a fault.

The others ticked off another thing they needed to be wary of and investigate. They all turned their heads to Ruler who already stood up and was ready to present.

"My day was with Magneto. The old man is different than what we expected. Merciless to humans who rebels but never attacked if there were mutants in danger. He also did not seem as cold as the rumors said.

The island is in need of serious repair. Magneto seems to only worry about the areas that are currently being lived in or important. Everything else is left in ruins from the precious few civil wars and uprisings. We can work on that while we don't have much to do.

The humans here are scum. They used mutants as live hostages. I was also able to view where some of the mutants were held beforehand. The amount of... bodily fluids and blood easily recognizable even after Magneto has had control of this area for over 3 months. Using lethal force when they are met is advised. Hearing them beg or try to threaten will only piss you off and ruin your day."

The general situation of the island was summed up within an hour. Everyone understood, their place on the island, what they had to be wary of and look out for, and what they could improve on in the meantime.

When the meeting was dismissed, everyone went back to their rooms. As Ruler was making his way back to his own, he felt a tug on his sleeve. He turned and saw the familiar face of blue-haired Ember.

"Up for a meeting in my room?"

Ruler nodded and followed her. She led the way since he did not know where her room was.

Neither spoke as they traveled so Ruler's eyes wandered. They traveled up and down the young woman's back before settling on her butt.

Ember must have felt Ruler's gaze because her steps had extra sway in them. He did not mind her noticing though. It was not like he was some beta harem anime protagonist.

Soon, both reached her room. As soon as Ruler followed her in and close the door, the other Neo already had her lips on his. She pushed her tongue into his mouth which he reciprocated.

Ruler's hands went directly to Ember's back in order to steady himself from the surprise attack before making their way down to her generous ass.

Two pair began stripping the other as they made their way to bed but only separated their lips for seconds as they proved each other's shirts. Within seconds both were naked on Ember's bed.

Ember was lying on her back with her legs spread. Ruler had his head between her thighs and was eagerly licking her secret garden.

"Mm, right there. That's it. Deeper. Oh yeah!"

Ruler had done this many times before and knew exactly what Ember liked. He enjoyed teasing her at the beginning and making her beg for him to go all out.

'Something about seeing her prideful face turn into a submissive one full of ecstasy is so fun,' Ruler thought as he stared at Ember between her thighs.

Ember noticed that he was looking at her before she covered her face with a pillow.

"Stop looking, idiot."

Ruler removed himself from between her legs and moved beside her. He turned the Neo on her side before grabbing her breasts within his hands while he kissed her neck from behind.

"Oh. You might be growing still. They were smaller last week," Ruler stated as he tweaked her nipples with his fingers.

Before Ember could comment, she felt something long and thin slip between her legs. It easily lifted the hood above her clit before vigorously teasing it.

Ruler ignored her words and continued to tease her on three fronts.
