The Edge of Infinity
From the brink of destruction, humanity found hope in the Elpis, a fleet of 80 interlocking ships that were created with one purpose, to find new planets that could sustain human life. Now, centuries later, humanity has settled on over 100 planets in the galaxy and thrives, no longer suffering under the threat of extinction.
Much of this success is thanks to the Interstellar Exploration Suits, or IE-Suits for short. These mechanical suits of armour were created on the Elpis to allow volunteers to survive in potentially hostile environments for days at a time.
In this new age of human prosperity, the United Planetary Government (UPG), the governing body of the planets humanity had settled upon, created the Academy for the Pursuit of Galactic Exploration (APGE). This post-secondary institution became humanity's most prestigious academy, where humanity's best and brightest were trained to become Voyagers, who use IE-Suits to find new planets for humanity to use in their great conquest of the universe.
But even in this era of great prosperity, danger looms at every corner. As humanity grows, its greed follows. A conspiracy grows in the shadows, threatening to undo everything mankind has accomplished so far. The only hope for survival rests on the shoulders of Arjun Varma, a freshman of the GEA selected for his intellect and ingenuity.
