THE WIZARD HIGH Chapter - 3 : Jealousy

Next day

(In class)

Everyone was chatting and talking with each other then the teacher came in.

"Good morning students ." The teacher said,

"Good morning miss." The students replied .

"Oh.. looks like we have a new student, come and introduce yourself dear." The teacher said,

Diana nodded and started introducing herself.

"Hi everyone, my name is Diana and I am the princess of Avalon . I'm half angel and half demon. I have healing powers , ice powers , fire powers , water powers , nature powers , controlling people , night vision , shapeshifting , invisibility , electricity powers , talking to animals ,super-speed , super-strength and flying. And I hope we can get along." Diana said while smiling.

"Any more questions." The teacher said,

"In which position are you in? " A student asked.

Diana looked at Oliver who was signaling her to tell.

"I'm a battle guardian ." Diana replied

"No wonder you look so beautiful." Adam flirted with her and Diana smiled at him.

On the other hand someone was burning in jealousy. It was none other than the prince of Nelafonia , William.

"Ok , now that's enough. Go back to your seat dear." The teacher said to Diana.

And Diana went back to her seat just to see a jealous prince who looked as if he can murder anyone in seconds.

"Uh.. William, everything okay ?" Diana asked him.

"Of course , now focus ." William answered her.

"Um... Ok. " Diana spoke .

"Ok class , open your spell book to page 67 . Today we will be learning about how to open portals ." The teacher said and continued to teach.

Finally she finished and as the bell rang all the students dashed out of the classroom like there was no tomorrow.

"Ugh.. Kids." The teacher spoke.

During the five minute break after every class William and Diana were near their lockers when suddenly William came up to her with a scary look .

"Uh.. William , what's wrong ?" Diana questioned him .

"Next time don't talk with any boys in the school except Oliver and me, understand ?" William spoke scarily

"Okay ." Diana replied

Diana saw the clock to check the time .

"William, we're getting late , come on." she said while dragging him by the arm to wand practice class.

They both snuck inside and quietly sat in their seats like nothing happened .

"Phew , we made it ." He said

"I know, now listen." She replied .

The professor finished teaching and again , the students dashed out.

(In the cafeteria)

Diana was holding a tray with food in her hands and was looking for a place to sit . Suddenly she heard someone calling her name. It was Emma inviting her to sit with them.

But there was another guy who wanted her to sit with him and his friends.

It was Adam . He was coming towards her and was trying to convince her to sit with him. Diana was refusing , but in a polite way. Finally Adam could not hold his patience anymore , he started dragging Diana towards his table.

Seeing the situation , William immediately got up and went towards Diana and Adam , followed by Oliver , Emma and Juliet .

"Adam ! you numskull ! get away from her ! " . William yelled at Adam causing Adam to call his team .

"Henry , Andrew , Victoria , Mary !" Adam shouted and they came rushing towards him.

"What happened Adam ." Victoria spoke .

"Can't you see Victoria ? It's none other than William and weak little friends ." Andrew replied while laughing.

"Shut up !" Juliet said .

As soon as Juliet said that , Victoria went near Juliet and slapped her.

"Ah~" Juliet hissed in pain.

"Juliet !" Oliver went towards Juliet .

"You-" William was about to start a fight with Adam but Emma stopped him.

"William , we can deal with this later . If you do anything now we will get in big trouble ." Emma whispered to William .

"Why'd you stop ? Oh I know , you guys are too scared ." Adam said .

"Adam , we are not in the mood right now. And please don't disturb us ." Oliver replied .

"Says the nerd," said Mary .

Emma was about to slap her but Oliver signaled her not to.

The bell rang in the moment.

"This won't last long ." Henry spoke.

"And , I won't give up on you that soon , remember ." Adam said, referring to Diana .

William was death glaring at Adam .

"See ya , losers ." Andrew said .

The both groups walked away to their next classes.

After school

In the dorm

William was frustrated and Emma was trying to calm him down. After some time William spoke .

"That numskull! I'm gonna kill him!" William yelled .

"William, calm down." Emma spoke .

"What do you mean by calm down? And, why in the world did you go near him, Diana!?" He questioned and yelled at Diana .

"It wasn't my fault and I'm new here so how would I know who is who? And to be honest, who even is he? Along with his friends." Diana replied back.

"She's right and William It's not her fault." Juliet said to William.

"You're right. I'm sorry." William said while sighing.

"It's alright and, can someone please explain to me who that Adam guy and his friends are?" Diana said.

"Sure." Said Oliver.

"So let me introduce to Adam and his team,

Adam and his team are opponents to us, we don't know the reason why they hate us . And they always wanted to be one step ahead of us but we didn't give them a chance, that's why there are fights often between the both of the teams.

They used to tease and spread rumors about us because we didn't have a fifth member in the whole school, which is the position of the battle guardian. But now we have you and they won't have a chance.

Adam : A half demon and half snake , crown prince of Zaria kingdom, has venom , super-strength , hypnotization , fire powers , water powers, earth manipulation, talking to animals , transformation , mind reading but for some people he cannot and controlling. He is a castle warrior. Once he wants something, he wants it and if he can't get it he will make sure no one else does.

Victoria : Witch , youngest princess of Elysian dynasty, hypnotization, air powers, eagle sight, earth manipulation, healing, invisibility, flying, a show off, brag queen, bully .She is a Flyer.

Andrew : Pride , youngest prince of Firogon kingdom , super-speed , super-strength , venom , also known as the king of destruction and mischief , spying skills , water powers, fire powers . He is a battle guardian .

Henry : Eldest prince of Tonorynia dynasty , half dragon half vampire ,mind reading, shapeshifting, night vision , super-speed, air powers, healing . Bad attitude, a total devil, spying skills. He is a Mind maker .

Mary : Crown princess of Felovimian kingdom , Half Lion and Half shark , breathing underwater , shapeshifting , fire and water powers , super-strength. A total disaster , looks innocent but your mind will change after you get to know her , a bully . She is a potion keeper.

So now do you understand why they always have some kind of fights with us ." Oliver explained to Diana .

"Yep now I got it. But wait, why did William get angry when Adam pulled my arm ?" Diana questioned .

Emma was laughing silently. So were Oliver and Juliet.

"Um-um..... Who wouldn't get angry when someone goes near my team member and my friend." William spoke

"Uh.. ok." Diana replied

William mumbled something

"Did you say something?" Diana asked William

"N-nothing..." William answered

"Ok." Diana replied

"And by the way, I'm getting hungry." Emma said

"Ah ! totally forgot, It's dinner time. I'll go get the food." Juliet said to everyone and they nodded

They all ate their dinner and went to dreamland.
