Gail pulled over at the bus stop and got down alongside Nicole. ''Are you sure this place is okay? I could send you to where you stay''

''No, this place is okay. Thank you for the meal and also for bringing me home'' Nicole bowed her head slightly in front of him.

Gail smiled and looked at her. it was like she was back to her old self again. Her old self that had built a wall so high that no one could penetrate into.

''You should go in and rest''

''You too, get home safely'' Nicole turned to go and heard him call her name.

''Nicole!!''

''Yes, it's there anything else?''

''Did you save my number?''

''Your number? Oh, I will do that when I get home''

''Make sure you do it and call me if you have anything to say or a case to report''

''Sure, bye'' Nicole nodded her head and turned, walking away.

''Lara, sit down and tell me into detail what happened?'' Lizzy patted at the side of where she sat and Lara sat down and narrated everything to them.

''That detective seems to like Nicole. Lizzy, are you sure your ship will be able to sail? This is the third time she and the detective have met and Leo hasn't made an appearance''

''I have to do something about it'' Lizzy touched her temple seemingly in deep thoughts.

''Whoa, there are so many beautiful flowers in here, but most of them are dying'' Candy started smelling the flowers.

''That's because they haven't been fed for a while now'' Lara said as she touched the flowers.

''I will water them'' Nicole picked a water hose that connected to a tap in the store. She turned the tap on and started watering the flowers.

''These flowers are so beautiful. It's a pity most of them are dead. Nicole, why don't you send flowers to my grave? You haven't done that for me''

''I see you every day. You don't look dead to me at all. Flowers are sent to people you hardly see, you, I see you every day. Why should I send flowers to your grave? That would be wasting the flowers''

The bells at the entrance made noise and Nicole turned at once to see a young woman walking into the shop.

''Ask her the kind of occasion the flowers are for?'' Lara said to Nicole.

''Birthday. They are for a birthday''

''Pick ten pieces of purple roses, ten pieces of pink roses and one deep red rose flower'' Lara gave the instructions and Nicole followed them.

''Here are the flowers'' Nicole tied the ribbon around the flowers prettily based on Lara's instruction and handed it over to Priscy.

''Here, keep the change'' Priscy said and handed a 100-dollar bill to Nicole.

''No, you don't have to leave the change with me. I will just take the worth of the flowers'' Nicole said politely and took her purse and removed a 50-dollar bill for Priscy.

''Then, is she planning to confess to your fiancé?'' Candy exclaimed.

''That's right. Technically, Leo is yours. Shouldn't you be the one in a hurry to see how things unfold?'' Lizzy asked.

''Look, leave me out of this, okay? I didn't ask you to give your fiancé over to me. The last thing on my mind is fighting over a man. I am not going anywhere''

Am I supposed to smile and say 'hi, I am Lizzy's friend, the one you rejected back at the University?' or should I say 'I am here to wish you a happy birthday?', who is going to believe such nonsense?'' Nicole glared at them.

''I have a dress I never got to wear inside the dressing room. You will look beautiful in it'' Lara said.
