Adelia's jaw dropped in disbelief and her face reddened even more. "Unbelievable… you might as well just pull me onto your lap by force!" She stated in a shrill voice. "You're only doing this because you know I'm curious!"

Azel let out a chuckle as he shrugged. "I can't deny that."

Adelia sucked in a sharp breath at his audacity and shot him a glare that could pierce armor which only served to amuse him even more.

'Fine…' She decided. 'If that is how he wants to play it…

She let out a breath in an effort to build up her courage and she walked towards him, quickly settled herself down on his lap, then wrapped her hands around his neck, making him grow rigid. Her face mere inches away from his.
