Chapter 6

Rae returned 20 mins later. only to be handed her 2 weeks pay, an extra 250,000, a passport and plane tickets to Europe. Shocked she look at Amara.

"You're graduating congratulations! As a surprise Jaxs and I paid off your student debt and are funding you to vacation for a whole month."

Rae shocked looked at Amara..this place was NEVER busy and there's no way they could have this much. Did they sell the property and were leaving? Why a month?

Amara sensed what rae was thinking and instantly laughed

" we didn't steal money or sell the hotel rae! We simple want to give you a great gift for all that you do. If it wasn't for you, Jen would be as flat as a pancake and our life would be humorless. Please go and have fun!"

Rae glanced at Jen who was equally in shock. Jens mouth was wide open like she was about to catch a fly. Rae walked to Jen and gave her a hug. She turned to Amara and jaxs and ask if they were letting her go. Caught in tears.

Jaxs briefly explained that they were going on a business trip and Jen was going to be incharge. He also let rae know that jen could not have any distractions during this. Hint the month away.

stuck between tears and laughter. Rae understood. Jen Was easily distracted. And they always got into trouble.

With that rae said her goodbyes and went back to her apartment to pack. Something was off but she didn't know what. She would wait till to tomorrow to talk to Jen.

The next day Jen wasn't home and the hotel was closed. Ra found it very strange. She called and no one answered their phones. So she packed her bags and took the flight out. Hoping to magically run into them at the airport.
