3 Man vs Demigod

After Yui says that, David looks at her with confusion.

-Umm, what?

-I will be your opponent.

-Yeah I get that but why?

Yui looks at David with a sinister smile.

-Because I have never seen a human like you before. How did you even achieved a nirvana?

-A nirvana?

Yui laughs.

-Oh you dont even know your situation do you?

-Cut off the empty words and give me a real answer!

Yui softly smiles.

-A nirvana is a state where a human achieves the willpower of a god. When they do this they break their limiter and be able to use oriki.

David looks at his hand with more understanding expression.

-I see... So that is how I achieved the ability to use oriki...

-Exactly. Now may I learn your name?

-David. David Adamson.

-What a nice name, young man.

David looks at him with a confused expression.

-Young man? I am the same age as you are!

Yui smiles excitedly.

- I may look 18... but I am actually 180 years old. I am a fullblood demigod and I am near immortal.

-Then why do you act like a teenager and not a wise lady?

Yui gets flustered.

-Eh?! I-I am like this because we demigods age our minds in the same way as our looks. Besides I love my sexy body and personality. So why are you even talking?!

David looks at her with disgust.

-You are not my cup of tea.

Yui gets mad, her expression even has wrinkles on it.

-You piece of sh-

The old man from the throne platform shouts. As if he is the teacher of Yui.

-Princess! Profanity doesnt suit your mouth.

Yui looks at him with a angry look.

-Fine...

She looks back at David with pure fury.

-How do you want to die?

David replies jokingly.

-I dont know, probably in my sleep.

Yui gets even more mad at this.

-Seriously?! I thought you were a warrior, not a jester!

Yui dashes towards David in a speed he has never seen before. David manages to block the incoming attack but gets pushed back meters away. Yui speaks with a confident voice.

-What happened to the undefeatable warrior? Did he got pushed back by a girl?

David slowly gets up as he thinks: Seriously? How is she so strong? I guess I underestimated her... David holds his sword out and points it towards Yui.

-Nah, I was just warming up

Yui laughs.

-Classic statements. Find something more creative.

Both David and Yui dashes towards each other. When they clash, a shockwave bursts in the arena. David seems to be struggling a lot, but Yui is smiling confidently.

-You are a great fighter for a mortal, you know that right? But it wont change a thing about your fate. Even with a nirvana, you cant improve as fast as a demigod.

Yui goes for a slice towards David's stomach but David blocks it with a quick parry. He speaks with a raspy and tired voice:

-Nah, I aint gonna die toda-

Yui instantly goes for a barrage of slashes, pushing David to a corner. She finally manages to hit David with a slash. Blood comes out of David's belly. His vision goes darker and darker.

-W-what's happening to me?...

Yui has a sinister smile on her face.

-You are dying.

As David's final moments pass by, he sees the end, he sees his short life pass infront of him.He thinks about the peaceful end he can have.But suddenly he feels angry, really angry it is almost as if he doesn't want to have a peaceful end. He feels outraged as he tastes the taste of revenge on his tongue again. He screams and goes for a unexpected slash towards Yui's arm. Yui manages to block it but is pushed back a little.

-W-what?

David screams again and goes for another strike. His aura darkens around him and gets so wide and thick that they evacuate the spectators. As this goes Yui's teacher asks the middle aged man on the throne platform:

-My daimyo, we should get Miss Yui out of there.

The daimyo replies:

-No, let her fight...

While they are talking. Yui is still fighting David who is enraged by the thought of dying without fighting a single god. Yui sweats and talks with a confused voice:

-Wait! Y-you can have the price. Just stop and calm down.

David stops but he isn't calm, instead he is surrounded by a menacing aura. He asks:

-Do you think I can calm down without achieving my goal?

Yui asks with even more confusion:

-W-what is your goal?

David smiles creepily:

-I have tried so many times to be silent but I can't stay quiet anymore...The pain is unbearable for all mortals, I wanna leave but I can't. Especially without taking my revenge. I am gonna carry the sins of humanity and take my revenge on these so called gods that makes our lives painful. This world is corrupted and I will fix it!

Yui's eyes shine and she blushes as she sees the passion and willpower of David. Then she asks with a flustered voice:

-You know... you cant do this alone, so how about we make a team?
