"ned where is she where is lyanna " Robert shouts as soon as he sees ned." she's dead Robert we couldn't get there on time " Robert starts yelling and cursing till he sees the baby with ned "who is that child with you ned " lord dustin and Howland look at each other to see if ned can truly put his honor on the side and lie to Robert.

Ned looks at Robert and says "he is a stark who will be known as snow" Robert and jon arryn look confused "really do I have to say it because I don't want to talk ill about the dead" jon arryn stares at ned for a few moments before says "Brandon's!" ned raises his hand "lets jus leave it there" Robert just stares at the two before saying " I am sorry ned you have truly lost a lot in this war damn the targaryen's bloody dragon spawn's". jon arryn says "ned why don't you and your companions go and get refreshed and get som rest we can talk later".

Ned looks at his companions then at Robert and asks "what punishment will be given to the culprit for what they did to Elia and her children" Robert shouts "THERE WILL BE NO PUNISHMENT" ned just stares at Robert and Robert then says "they were dragon spawn's ned did you forget what their garndfather did to your father and Brandon what their father did to lyanna ". Ned then looks at jon but jon looks anywhere but at ned. Ned looks Back at Robert and says " the north remembers but in north we don't murder innocent"ned says that and walks out of the throne room with Howland and William and looks at the servant to take them to their quarters.

When they settle down Howland and William looks like they want to adk questions but ned says" not here we will talk on the road and we leave tomorrow at sunrise" they both nodd at ned.

Next morning the northern party and Jon's wet nurse wylla are ready to leave the kings landing when they are stopped by a kings guard he says" The kings hand is coming to meet you lord stark" and they wait for a few minutes to see jon coming to them when jon reaches them he says "ned you should not be angry at Robert you know how much he loved your sister it's just he doesn't know how to handle so much grief".

Ned stares at jon and sighs "I am not angry jon I just want to go home to my wife and new born son whom I haven't even met yet tell Robert I am sorry about everything" jon says "very well but in recognition of everything the north has done in the war and your efforts the king is giving you 3 million dragons to help the north" ned just nodded and told the soldiers to put the chest with jon snow in the carriage and then nodds at jon and says "farewell jon take care and help Robert and the kingdom may we meet again" jon arryn nods and the northern party leaves the kings landing.
