Mom and Dad?

Mo Han and An Luxia went to eat at the An family's house 4 times.

Mo Han and An Luxia went out on a date together 10 times.

An Luxia cooked for Mo Han 8 times.

Mo Han kissed An Luxia 37 times.

Mo Han and An Luxia "exercised" on the bed 7 times.

Today, Mo Han and An Luxia left the house to go visit the An family for the 5th time since An Luxia had accidentally found out about Mo Han's secret.

They drove down the narrow mountain road, going through the green trees and rocky road until they returned to the city.

About half an hour later, they arrived at the An family's house and at once, they saw An Ping and Qi Lanyu waiting for them outside.

Upon seeing their car, the two of them ran over, waving at them as An Luxia got out of the back seat, followed by Mo Han.

"Mom, dad!" 

"Mom, dad," Mo Han repeated.

Qi Lanyu nodded her head happily as she pulled An Luxia into the room, "Come on, let's go inside. The food is almost ready and your brother will be back soon."

The two men followed behind their wives closely as the four of them entered the house. An Luxia and Mo Han sat down as An Ping entered the kitchen to finish cooking and Qi Lanyu went to go get the prepared fruit for her daughter and son-in-law.

A few minutes later, the door opened and An Yuchen, still dressed in his white doctor's robe. 

"Brother! You're here!"

"Brother," Mo Han repeated again, receiving a nod from An Yuchen.

"It's Saturday? Why are you still working?" An Luxia asked with a frown as she sat back down next to Mo Han, eating the apple slice Mo Han passed her.

"There was a sudden patient that needed surgery, so I had to go." 

An Luxia pursed her lips out although she wasn't the one that had to work overtime. 

"Lunch time! Come here, it's time to eat lunch!" An Ping called as he walked out of the kitchen, carrying several plates of food.

An Luxia immediately jumped up and pulled Mo Han with her as they sat down at the table and the food was brought up.

She stood up and went to get the bowls and chopsticks before sitting down again.

Just as she was about to eat, she suddenly remembered something Yu Xinyi had ordered her to do. She put down her chopsticks and cleared her throat before asking, "Um. . . So, brother. . . Um. . ."

She cleared her throat, trying to get rid of the high-pitched tone her voice was using at the moment. Be natural, An Luxia!

An Yuchen furrowed his eyebrows together, "What is it?"

"So. . ." An Luxia scratched the back of her head and Mo Han staring at her didn't make it any better, "You are getting quite old hahaha."

An Yuchen raised one eyebrow, slightly taken aback as she looked at An Luxia, whose face was turning slightly red from awkwardness and embarrassment.

"When are you going to find me a sister-in-law?" An Luxia finally asked quickly.

"Sister-in-law?" An Yuchen's lips twitched slightly, "Yes, indeed. My younger sister is married already and I haven't even dated anyone yet! I should hurry up."

"You are finally understanding!" Qi Lanyu walked out and immediately frowned when she heard what they were talking about, "I told you so many times to get on top of it, but you never listen! Your sister is already married!"

An Yuchen sighed and lifted his bowl up, burying his face into the bowl as he started to eat.

For the rest of the meal, Qi Lanyu did not ever stop talking about An Yuchen finding a boyfriend, and as she did, An Luxia quickly texted Yu Xinyi and told her that An Yuchen was still single.

Then, she put her phone away and continued to eat.

After eating, the five of them sat down on the couch and opened the television, but none of them watched it. Instead, the two women started talking about random things like recent entertainment industry rumors.

The other three men listened and would occasionally talk with each other once in a while.

Just as An Luxia turned off the television to show her mom something, the doorbell rang. All five of them frowned as they simultaneously looked towards the door.

"I'll go get it," An Luxia said as she stood up and walked over to the door.

She looked through the small eyehole and saw an old man that seemed to be in his late 50s or 60s standing very close to the door.

She furrowed her eyebrows together, not recognizing who it was and thought that maybe it was some delivery man.

She opened the door and smiled, "Hello. How may I help you?"

With the door fully open, she could now see that there were also two other people standing behind the man. 

Right behind him stood an elderly woman with a head of white hair. She had a lot of wrinkles on her face even without any expression on her face, and she stared directly at An Luxia which made her feel a little uncomfortable.

Next to the woman, there was another younger girl who seemed about the same age as An Luxia. As a professional face dog, An Luxia could immediately tell that the girl had a ton of makeup caked onto her face.

It made her look much older than she probably was, and in the hot water, some of the foundation was coming off.

An Luxia furrowed her eyebrows together a little confusedly. For some reason, that old woman and young lady all looked a little familiar. . . She just couldn't point her finger onto what exactly it was.

The man stared at An Luxia for several seconds and didn't say anything so the old woman standing behind pushed forward and smiled, "Yixin, do you not remember your mom and dad anymore?"
