1 Chapter one Sel
It was a beautiful Sunny day, and Seldatil decided to take River for a walk since he was already roaming free and walking towards (no take that back running at full speed towards her).She just leans casually against the railings framing her porch. Then as she sees Rodney coming toward her and River which has stopped directly in front is the rail she gets on the rail and sits with a smuggled hidden grin trying to not laugh at the way Rodney is looking.
She immediately puts her head down as he approached to where she was sitting, hoping to hide her thoughts of how sexy he was, with a shirt off and only a pair of denim shorts on. River shoved him aside knocking him down. then putting himself between Seldatil and Rodney. Sel jumps down and pushed River aside to stand next to the horse.
"Del"he growled"that horse just refuses to stay where he needed to be." I hold my hand out to Rodney who is still sprawled on the ground. He grabbed it and I helped him up.
"He will too if you don't tie him up or you just bribe him."I said
"You think he'd get over the fear of seeing a rope, or bridle."said Rodney pulling me closer to him against the railing
Suddenly before Rodney could express his need for my body some one pulled up and got out.
"Hi your horses are here on the truck I volunteered to bring them."said a teen with shady brown hair and blue eyes.
"My lady he stolen those horses and I'd say he's looking for a job."said Rodney "I wouldn't dare such a thing as thievery but I do maybe need a job."said the kid looking nervous.
I walk up and grabbed the back of the neck and a bit forcefully dragged him in the house, and down into the cellar which was sound proofed.
Meanwhile out side Rodney put the horses away and then came down into the cellar.
"Ah already has him tied to the chair very good my lady."said Rodney "This is kidnapping you won't get away with it."said the kid looking nervous
''You're name if you will.''I said "Shady Mac John."he replied "We'll lease you a contract so you can work and I'd pay,but there is a couple of rules to go by one no theft, two work without back talk and you'll be treated well. I said
"If you don't then you'll be so sorry."said Rodney
"Chill it Rod you don't want to spook the lad into telling the police that we're a ranch with vampires."I said
"Really you're vampires? That's so cool! Can I be one?"he asked. I whip around to look at him.
"You may be that or a hybrid like me if you agree to the rule that goes with it."I say
"Which is better the rules?"he asks
"Well if you became vampire you would have to leave everyone and everything behind you unless you wanna end up killing them. And if you became hybrid you are allowed to see them but you must stay at the ranch when the time arises so you don't kill ones you love like family and friends."I say my brownish purple eyes boring into his my shoulder length hair pulled into a pony tail. I'm five one and one twenty in weight not really skinny but who cares. And I'm still in what I wore to bed.
