He is panicking. 

I can see it in his eyes. 

It was just a question but now he is thinking the worst. Uncle Jules just asked him a question to see if things have changed. It has just been a couple of hours since he last ate. I mean, he had my blood last night. There is no cause for alarm. He is probably now hungry. 

''You should drink blood. Where do you keep your stash?'' he directs his question to my mate. 

Alanis blinks and then his eyes dart around. It is just a simple question but he seems unable to comprehend at the moment. ''He has some in the fridge of my house,'' I answer for him. 

Jules nods ''Good, Blue help us get some blood for him from the fridge,'' he tells his son. 

I never even knew Jules had a son. I am sure there is a story to it. the fact that even Jules as a lone wolf has a son. 

I don't think there is actually anything wrong with Lanis. he is overthinking like he usually does.
