CHAPTER 6 :Enemies to lovers?
Ahaan walked out from the convo,naina didn't know what went wrong, she thought may be he got bored so she didn't bother him further
Meanwhile pooja and tilak was done, and the thread ceremony was about to begin , in this ceremony both to be bride and groom get tied with an auspicious thread on their wrists
Anita 's mom and akash's mom brought the thread and tied on their wrists by reciting some mantras
After the ceremony anita was asked to change
Ahaan was standing with his friends and was scrolling in his mobile , vineet noticed that ahaan was looking upset
"ahaan kya huwa? Tu theek tho haina ? " vineet asked
"haan mujhe kya hoga? ", ahaan said
Ahaan never shared about his grief to anyone, since his parents passed away he never took their name infront of other people but used to cry alone always , he pretended to be the most strongest man but he was not
Naina was busy in cleaning stuff after the ceremony along with her friends, all of them planned to spend the night in garden area , ahaan, vineet and abhay also joined them and helped the girls by placing the mattress on the ground, the caretaker helped them to fire the bonfire
" anita tum aur akash bahar nahi so sakte beta ", akash's mom said
" ji mummy wo mom ne bola tha we are not allowed to sleep outside after tying the thread ", anita replied
" agar chaaho tho kuch der baith sakte ho saath mai ", akash 's mom said and looked at akash and anita who were blushing and smiling looking lost in each other's eyes
" yaar ye naina kidhar gayi? ", priya asked
" wo andar chai banaane gayi hai ", neetu replied
" itni raat ko chai? "anita asked as she came towards them and sat down on the mattress
" uska sarr dard kar rha tha tho isiliye usko banaana tha maine kahaan sab ko banaa de wese bhi aaj sab ko zarurat hogi " , anita's mom replied
"hum andar chalte hai tum bacche enjoy karo aur haan akash aur anita tum dono apne apne kamre mai jaake so jaana before 12am don't stay here ", akash's mom said and went inside along with anita 's mom
Ahaan was not able to sit and enjoy there so he got up and tried to leave
" ahaan kya huwa kahaan jaa raha hai? ", abhay asked
" wo mai, mera laptop laane jaa raha hoon, mails check karne hai ", he replied and went inside the house
Ahaan saw naina working in kitchen, there was a helper who was helping her out , ahaan went inside
" ye kitna paani daalte hai didi ", naina asked to the helper
Ahaan smiled hearing her questions
naina again asked about tea power, then sugar, then milk
He laughed loudly and naina heard him and turned to look at him
" joker jaise kyu hass rahe ho? ", naina asked
" tumhe chai bhi banaana nahi aata? ", ahaan asked and laughed again
" haan tho what's the big deal", she replied and tried to hide her face as she was embarrassed
"tumhe pata hai chai tho bacche bhi bana lete hai aaj kal ", ahaan said and laughed again making naina red in embarrassment
" ho gaya? now get out ", naina replied
" kuch help chahiye? ", ahaan asked
" nahi", naina replied and took the tray and starting walking out of the kitchen, ahaan tried to block her way
"move aside ", naina ordered
" sorry ", ahaan replied, he realized that he made her feel embarrassed
" it's ok, hato chai thandi ho jaayegi ", naina said , ahaan moved aside and followed naina towards the Garden area , both came together , ahaan went and sat with his friends
" ahaan Tu tho laptop lene gaya tha na" abhay asked with a smirk on his face
Vineet also joined him and teased ahaan "haan kahaan hai laptop "
"I checked the mails kuch important nahi tha tho nahi laaya ", ahaan lied
" itni jaldi check bhi kar liya ", abhay said
" Tu naina ke peeche peeche kyu ghoom raha bola tha na tujhe kuch nahi hone waala udhar ", akash murmured
" pata hai par i am curious ki kyu kuch nahi ho sakta, after all I am ahaan malhotra ", ahaan replied by looking at naina who was busy serving tea and biscuits to everyone
" dekh ahaan ", akash was about to say something but stopped as he saw naina coming towards them ,naina kept the tray and was about to leave ,ahaan said
" serve kon karega? "
"tumhare haath nahi hai? ", naina replied and again turned to leave
" Sab ko tho serve kiya hai humare liye bhi kardo ", ahaan replied , he again said " dekho na bhabhi aapki dost kitni rude hai "
"o god shut up I am serving", she said and added the tea in cups and kept few snacks in saucer and gave it to abhay, vineet and ahaan
" jiju aap raat ko chai nahi peete anita ne bataaya tho aapke liye sirf snacks ", naina said
" thank you ", akash said with a smile on his face, he took the plate from her hand and started eating
" delicious maine aisi chai aaj tak nahi pi pehle kabhi ", ahaan said , naina looked at him with an annoyed expression on her face
" idiot ", she murmured and got up from there and went and sat with her friends on the other side of the mattress
" stop getting on her nerves ahaan " , akash said
"maine kya kiya? " ahaan asked
"Tu jo bhi kar raha hai she is not liking it, it's, better if you stop it right here ", akash replied
" she is definitely not Hating this either " , abhay said
"what do you mean ", akash asked and even ahaan looked at him curiously
" look at her looking at him with that angry face ", abhay said, everyone looked at naina on the other side where she was looking at him and murmuring something angrily
" she might be cursing him ", vineet said
" tum sab gadhe ho, this will be enemies to lovers troop" , abhay said, akash and vineet laughed, ahaan looked at abhay in shock
"aise kya ghur raha hai dekhna yahi hoga ", abhay said
Ahaan was too shock at his words ,he cleared his throat and said "we are not enemies "
"you are not friends either", abhay said
