CHAPTER 21: JEALOUS AND CONFUSED

The next day everyone got up early except naina, priya , neetu who were sleeping , they all were sleeping together since naina was scared to sleep alone and she told her friends she is scared, priya made fun of her but neetu and anita scolded her for not telling them before

"yaar utho subha ho gayi hai ", anita said as she entered the room

" what's wrong ", neetu murmured in her sleep

" wake up girls mumma kab se daant rahi hai it's 10am already "

"fuck " priya shouted and the other two girls too woke up immediately

"what happened", naina said, she woke up sweating and looking terrified

" I am so sorry " anita went to her and patted her back

"are you ok? " priya asked

Naina nodded her head

"I got scared " naina replied

"guys please get ready mom is waiting for you all to finish your break fast so that we prepare for mehendi ceremony

" ok we should go back to our rooms and get shower and get ready", priya said and others agreed

Priya and neetu left while anita was still there with naina, she was thinking that naina was not ok

"naina are you okay? " anita asked

"I m ok ", naina said but she wasn't, she was feeling little weak, naina then realized that she didn't take her medicine

" did you take your medicines? ", anita asked and naina nodded in no making anita angry

" what the fuck is wrong with you, you know you can't skip your medicines, where we're you last night? I waited for you but then I left to my room to sleep ", anita asked looking really angry

naina didn't know what to say she didn't saw this coming,

" I was, I was with ahaan " naina blurted out

Anita was shocked

"with ahaan, kyun? what's going on between you two? ", anita asked

" I was just walking by and I saw him sitting on the bench alone " naina stopped awkwardly thinking what to say because she promised to ahaan she won't share this with anyone

" so you sat with him? " anita asked raising her eyebrows in surprise

naina nodded her head

"you were worried for him? " anita asked naina looked at her and immediately said no

"I was not sleepy so I sat there that's it ", naina said being defensive

" ok relax itna hyper kyun ho rahi hai I just teased you that's all " , anita said

"now get ready please we are late ", anita said walking out of naina 's room

Naina took her medicines, she was still feeling dizzy, but she had no choice but to get ready for the day, she went to take shower

Meanwhile everyone was gathered on dining table having their breakfast, some were busy with the arrangements and decoration, since it was mehendi ceremony in the evening, the theme was green , so the decorators were asked to decorate the place beautifully

Ahaan, vineet and akash were at the dining table, ahaan was looking upstairs every now and then , which didn't go unnoticed by his friends

" what's wrong? " vineet asked ahaan

"haan? " ahaan said

"khaa kyu nahi raha? " abhay said

"haan wo, khaa raha hoon ", ahaan said

Priya, neetu and anita came downstairs after getting ready

rudra noticed naina missing

" naina kidhar hai? " rudra asked as he was still waiting to have his breakfast with the girls

"aa rahi hai she woke up late today and I think she is unwell too ", anita said as she settled down on sofa with other girls

" what? kya huwa usko, wo theek tho haina" , rudra was so loud that everyone looked at him from dining table

"ye idiot itna cheekh kyun raha hai " ahaan said

"hogi koi important baat , Tu usko itna hate kyu kar raha hai bechara itna bura bhi nahi hai ", abhay said

" whatever I just don't like this guy ", ahaan said

since everyone was looking at rudra he just smiled awkwardly

" aaraam se bhai, she is ok, she just missed her medicines ", anita said

" she is so careless ", priya said

" exactly how can she miss her medicines" , neetu said

"did she take insulin? ", rudra asked

" I don't think so, it's not that serious, she is just feeling weak " , anita said

"let me go and check " rudra said and was about to go but saw naina coming down already

Rudra rushed towards her and hugged her

"Tu theek tho haina", rudra asked while still hugging her

naina hugged him back and patted his back assuring him that she is ok

" I am ok ru" , she said

Rudra broke the hugged

"why did you skip your medicines", rudra asked angrily

" I forgot " naina said looking down

Rudra tried to calm himself down, he was so protective towards her and naina knew it very well

He went and sat on the sofa , naina understood he was upset with her

Naina went and sat beside and looked at him while smiling , rudra looked away trying to avoid her

"I am sorry " she whispered

"please dont talk to me ", rudra said sitting little away from her, naina moved and sat closer to him

" I said na I am sorry I won't do it again " naina said while holding her ears, rudra smiled at her

"don't do that " he said

"did you forgive me ", naina asked

" ye first and last hai, I hope you take care for yourself " , rudra asked

Naina nodded her head and side hugged rudra

All this was noticed by ahaan and his friends

Ahaan was so effected that he got up from dining table without completing his breakfast, abhay, akash and vineet followed him too

They all didn't say anything because ahaan was really furious and they knew if he is angry it's not good to talk to him, ahaan rarely gets angry, he is always in his fun mood but when he is angry he loses his temper badly

"I hate this so much ", ahaan said as he lighted his ciggy

" Tu theek tho haina " abhay asked placing his hand on ahaan's shoulder

"no I am not okay, I just don't know why this girl is hurting me so much ", ahaan said in low voice but his friends heard it and understood what ahaan is going through

" listen ahaan agar Tu nahi bolega ki what are you feeling hume kaise pata chalega? " akash said

"I can't see her with him " ahaan blurted out

They all kept quite so that he can tell them everything

"I can't see her getting close to him,hugging him,she is so comfortable with him,uske chune se bhi usko koi problem nahi hoti aur jab mai thoda touch kya kar du she reacts as if I am harassing her, what does she thinks of herself , is that guy better looking than me, usmai aisa kya hai jo mujh mai nahi hai,bolo tum log chup kyu ho " ahaan said making the other three shocked with his harsh statements

"ye sab kya bakwaas kar raha Tu ahaan, tujhe pata bhi hai what the fuck you just said, you character assassinated her ", akash said angrily

" I am not , I didn't mean to, I don't know what the hell is happening to me ", ahaan said and went little away from them

" akash relax,we know him well , uska matlab wo nahi tha and he doesn't know what he is feeling right now ", abhay said to akash and tried to calm him down

" kuch bhi bakwaas kar raha ye, it's simple why she is comfortable with that guy because they know each other from years and ahaan can't expect her to be the same with him, aur wo jaanta hi kitna hai uss ladki ko jo itna effect ho raha hai " vineet said

"exactly" akash agreed

"you guys are still not understanding the fact that ahaan is high on emotions right now, he is jealous and he is visibly falling for her ", abhay said

" ab tho mujhe bhi yahi lag raha ", akash said and vineet agreed to

" phir bhi he should know his limits, he can't just be mean to her ", akash said

" I agree ", abhay said

Akash, abhay and vineet looked at each other and went to ahaan who was lighting another ciggy

" Ahaan bas kar, it's second one already, it's not good for your health ' , abhay said

"ahaan I am sorry I was rude " akash said

"it's ok ", ahaan replied

" ek baat puchu ahaan? ", abhay asked

Ahaan looked at him and nodded his head

" what's bothering you so much, rudra's closeness to naina Or naina being compatible to rudra ? I mean you just compared yourself to rudra why? ", abhay asked

" I don't know, I really don't know, I didn't mean any of those statements, it just came out of my mouth, I don't know why ", ahaan said

" are you jealous? ", akash asked
