Money: Coins are made of different metals and gems are used with the continent that houses the Azure kingdom.

100 copper coins -> 1 Silver coin

Azure Kingdom: The Azure kingdom is a large Kingdom in the southern area of the Midius Continent, it is surrounded by mountains to the south and east, only leaving access to the kingdom from the hilly north and the sea to the west.

For the last 100 years, the Azure kingdom has been in an off and on war with the Avurin Republic, although they often win the wars, their economy is mostly geared towards warfare and as a result, most of the populace is quite poor. There are notable exceptions such as the Dumas family and the Mu Family who continue to trade in both countries despite the ongoing wars, single-handily funding the Azure military through taxes.

Major players within the Azure kingdom:

Emperor Christinius - Descriptions will be added as the story develops

Empress Delmont- Descriptions will be added as the story develops

Crown Prince Christinius II- Descriptions will be added as the story develops

Third Prince Delmont- Descriptions will be added as the story develops

Marcus Dumas- Master of the Dumas Family, Earth ranked cultivator, one of the highest-ranked masters outside of the military sector. Past is unknown.

Catherine Dumas- Fate Unknown

Alex Dumas- Young master of the Dumas family, thought to be weak and using his father strength and influence for everything, the truth will shake the core of the kingdom.

Qin Arcon- Master of the Qin family, Sky ranked expert of near-perfect strength, is head of the military of the Azure nation. Firmly supports the Royal family.

Qin Li- Daughter and heir of Qin Archon, will be offered in marriage to whoever wins the royal cultivation tournament.

Mu Xiao- Daughter of Mu Callos, helped him build the Mu corporation to its lofty heights, neglected when selecting an heir and to be married to Arthur Dumas due to her lack of Cultivation.

Mu Xin- Son of Mu Callos, Mortal cultivator at the age of 16, high potential student of the Wind Spire sect, Heir to Mu corporation.

Mu Callos- A shrewd businessman and head of the main rival company of the Dumas Corporation, he sold his daughter to the Dumas family in an attempt to get a spy on the inside.

The Azure kingdom's land is split between 8 Dukes and the royal family, the land each control is as follows:

Blossom Dukedom: Owned by the Sakura Family, loyal to the crown and very friendly with the Dumas and Mu family that operates out of the capital of the Blossom Dukedom, Ironglade. The Sakura family keep tight control of the Dukedom and taxes are quite high, the Slums in this dukedom are quite full with more and more cities falling into poverty.

Ironwood Dukedom: Home the celestial wood forest, this wood has properties that make it stronger than iron but significantly lighter, it is often used when building homes and other buildings. It is also used for small protective shields by cultivators how can enhance the wood further through inscriptions. This is one of the better off Dukedoms in the Azure kingdom, although they have no big corporations within it, there is lower tax than the Blossom Dukedom which allows small businesses to flourish, building a small but strong economy.

The Dukedom is ruled by the Telles Family, nobles that moved to the Azure kingdom 300 years ago from a continent far to the west. Since then there have proved their might in the military and are staunch allies with the royal family, backing them every decision that they make.

The Six Churches of the Midius Continent:

Church of the flames: Prominent in the Avurin Republic, the church worships the goddess of Fire and Joy, this is the only church that does not actively hunt down Blood Qi users and as such, there is a small collection of the rare Qi users within its walls in the Avurin Republic.

The Goddess of Flames, according to legends, stood with the Blood God as he was assaulted by the other 4 Gods, defying them even now, with the Blood Gods disappearance millennia ago, it said the Flame Goddess eagerly awaits his return.

Unlike the other Churches, the church of the Flame doesn't interfere directly with the country that houses the majority of its followers and as a result, they have thrived within the Avurin Republic, with their main priest cast being treated as respected minor nobles.
