13 Bleach Arc - 12

Khan approached Ulquiorra and Yammy. With Rukia hidden in his shadow, they were ready to start the mission. Ulquiorra opened the Garganta, and the three of them entered, Khan felt comfortable going alone because he needed Harribel protecting Masaki and Nelliel in case Nnoitra decided to try something while he was gone.

After their explosive arrival Khan said, "alright quick reminder Ichigo Kurosaki is a kid with orange hair, and has a sword as big as he is, don't let your guard down, I'll be back as soon as I finished my task." With that Khan left using his Sonido, Yammy wanted to yell something, but Khan was already gone.

Outside of Ulquiorra's eyesight, Khan pulled Rukia out of his shadow and said, "Alright, here we are." Rukia looked around and then said, "Thank you." She looked like she wanted to say something else, but instead, she blushed, then ran away. Khan turned just in time to see Ichigo cut Yammy's arm off. Khan returned just as Yoruichi arrived, grabbed Yammy's served arm, and stood by Ulquiorra. Then Ulquiorra said, "we have everything we need, let's go." Yammy was clearly upset, probably because he was just used as a punching bag and didn't get to hit back.

Ulquiorra opened the Garganta, and the three of them found themselves back at Las Noches. Khan tossed Yammy his severed arm, and they went to make their report to Aizen.

When they arrived, everyone was there waiting. Aizen said, "Ulquiorra, please show everyone what happened through your eyes." Ulquiorra removed one of his eyes and crushed it. After viewing that, Aizen asked, "What about you Khan what have you learned beyond Ulquiorra's sight?" Khan said, "a few things, first there is a family of Quincy working at the hospital, they seem to be in contact with other groups, Urahara is training friends of Ichigo, in order for them to use Reiryoku, and the Soul Society is currently sending a group to act as front-line responders."

Aizen smiled and said, "Other than the Quincy, everything is, as I expected." Khan eyes drifted towards Grimmjow, who was surprisingly quiet. Aizen suddenly said, "All right, everyone is dismissed, but Ulquiorra and Khan, please stay here. I have something to discuss with you both."

After the room cleared, Aizen said, "the both of you did good work, now the one called Orihime Inoue will be key to my plans, when the time is right, Ulquiorra you be responsible for acquiring her, and Khan you be responsible for making sure they don't notice until it's too late." Khan and Ulquiorra said, "understood." Then they both left.

Outside the room, Ulquiorra looked at Khan and then said, "You have something on your mind." Khan noted that Ulquiorra was stating not asking. Then Khan said, "I briefly wondered why Aizen would tell only us about this small portion of his grand plan, then I remembered what the other Espada are like, and I answered my own question." Khan immediately left, leaving Ulquiorra with the same expression he always had, meaning none.

Once back inside, Khan let out a deep breath, 'deceiving Ulquiorra is no joke, that man is stupidly sharp, which wouldn't be a problem if he wasn't totally devoted to Aizen Anyway, why did Aizen tell me that anyway, I mean in both the anime and manga, he never revealed anything until he had too or if it was for dramatic effect. I mean, he told me that he had an assignment for me, but not to plan for it or when it would be. Aizen clearly doesn't trust me... and he is aware that I know that' thought Khan. Khan realized that Aizen was trying to provoke a response and see what Khan would do with the information he had been given.

Khan sat down on the couch in his lounge, thinking, 'Aizen must believe he has a sure-fire way of observing me, or wants me too paranoid to do anything by making me think that.' Khan remembered that Unseen Shadow made observing him impossible unless Aizen was watching him with his own two eyes. Khan checked the store; he bought two one-time only items.

Khan would need them both later. For now, all he could do was wait. Khan decided to check the status of his ladies.

Khan decided that since Kukaku wouldn't be available for another two weeks, to focus on Masaki. Khan would need her fully devoted to him, but still have her since of self, ideally by the time Ichigo tries to invade Hueco Mundo.

Khan summoned her to talk. Masaki has been acting as a maid and a sitter for Nelliel. Masaki entered the room, Khan asked to sit down, and she asked if there was anything wrong. Khan said, "No, I just wanted to talk to you. You've been here for roughly two weeks now, I wanted to see how you been settling in."

Masaki had a thoughtful look for a second then said, "for the most part I've been settling in just fine, if I had any complaints then it would involve your little bedroom adventures with the other girls." Khan looked at with a raised eyebrow, Masaki continued, "Now, don't get me wrong, I know you and Lady Harribel have been... enjoying each other's company over these last two weeks, I appreciate that you kept it in your bedroom, and honestly I still be blissfully ignorant of how vigorously you are during those times, had I not foolishly tried to clean your room after you just left it, anyway back on topic. You recently brought the Ladies, Apacci, Mila Rose, and Sung-Sun into your bedroom, if you're wondering how I know, it's because while you were away, me and little Nelliel ran it to them. They were in the kitchen wearing those flimsy nighties, arguing about who you... enjoyed more. They were getting rather explicit. Sorry if I ranted there, but could you please talk to them? I don't want them to be a bad influence on Nelliel."

As Khan listened to Masaki, he noticed her random blushing whenever she talked about his antics, so he checked her status, and he saw she went up to 70%. When Masaki was done talking, Khan said, "I understand I talk to those three idiots asap. By the way, how have Pesche and Dondochakka been doing?"

Masaki said, "those two have been very kind in helping me, they often go out of their way to try and protect Nelliel without her knowing about it, if she does catch them, they try and spin it off as a game." Khan stood up, and so did Masaki. When she did, Khan gave her a hug and said, "Thank you for all your hard work. If anything happens, don't hesitate to tell me."

Masaki blushed and said, "Uh, of course," then she walked away. Khan decided to use Shadow Sight to check on everything, he saw that the Tres Bestias were arguing, only now they were arguing in Harribel's bedroom about who was Khan's ideal woman, evidently, they wanted Harribel to judge. Khan decided to check on Grimmjow and found he was preparing his Fraccion to go to the world of the living. Then Khan checked on Rukia, she was talking with Urahara about what had happened, Urahara said, "while I'm glad you seem to be alright, you need to be careful, while that Hollow kept his end of the deal, the Soul Society will be suspicious of you, while I don't believe they'll have you killed, they are suspicious that you might be a spy and they'll take any reason you give them to believe that, and use it against you."

Rukia looked disheartened then said, "so, they're just going to ignore the fact that they were going have me unjustly executed, and now they're going treat me like an outcast, because a Hollow helped and treated me with dignity." Urahara sighed and said, "unfortunately yes, my dear, I know it's dumb, especially since the members of Central 46 who sentenced you were found murdered, and signs point to the possibility that they did each other in." Khan stopped watching the conversation and smiled, 'with the way they were alienating Rukia she might come back sooner than expected, especially after Grimmjow's upcoming attack, if she bleeds and they still act with suspicion around her, she'll definitely jump into my arms begging me to take her away.' Khan thought.

Khan had a flash of inspiration, Khan checked, and found the same Soul Reapers were stationed in Karakura Town as expected, but more importantly Rangiku was sleeping at Orihime's home, and Khan had a means of getting around that didn't involve a Garganta, so he could start working on those two, when he wasn't working on Masaki.
