1 Who am I?
Hope
Hope is something everyone knows and once in their lives had and felt, Hope is a feeling you have, a feeling that doesn't discriminate no matter who are what you are.
Many P.O.Ws and soldiers in WW2 had Hope in that war not just WW2 but also in many other wars and P.O.Ws and soldiers had this feeling.

Niko was right the old and bitter trick the younger generation then when the younger generation turn into the older generation they will do a cycle of constant war,hate and death, manipulation and trickery, by politicians while the citizens are tricked into choosing them as their leaders as they lie and trick to get into their positions.

Now back to where I was ah yes destroying all major powers of this world by detonating all their nukes while I slowly die by the hands of cancer in my lungs, watching the sun rise one last time.

You know waking up in the void of nothingness my first though was why the hell am I not in hell for my crimes against humanity.
But as I was thinking a bright ligth flashed infront of me resulting in me turning around to be blind but I stopped and wondered if souls can get blind but a voice brought out of my thinking and as I looked at the person that voice I saw a man whoes hood is covering his eyes.
"Alright so your the guy who blew up and devastated the major powers of earth because his friends deaths being forgotten by his country, is that correct?"
I listened silenty and nodded my head for confirmation.
"So not much of a talker are you huh?
At that moment I spoke.
"No not much, I'm just a person who would keep quit and mind their own business if something happens."
Looking at the man I saw his shoulder shake and I was wondering if I said something wrong.
"FINALLY SOMEONE I DONT HAVE TO EXPLAIN THAT THIER DEAD!!!" shouted the hooded man.
Looking at the man who shouted out those words I realised that he must be someone that takes people souls to their own belief of afterlife was all I could make of this.
The man grabbed me by the shoulders and told me that his job was like a grim repear who takes souls but he doesn't reap them he's like for example hermes in Greek mythology who helps lost souls to their last destination of the afterlife.
"So I explained what I do, but why are you not scared or something?"
"Well that's because I read a shit ton of fanfics and watched Isekai animes so this doesn't surprise me much compared to that."
The guy looked at me weirdly before he tapped my head with his index finger and a look of understanding came across his face of what I was talking about.
"Ooohhh so that's what your talking about, people getting reincarnated and given powers now their is interesting hhhmm."
As I was going to speak he beat me to the punch.
"I have decided, you will become my new source of entertainment for me so and that you help me in taking souls." While smiling
And when he said that I could tell even with the hood on his eye lid was twitching heavily.
"Now enough chit chat on my side and let's give you some powers but first you will have to have a binding similar to a Heavenly restriction from what I saw from your memory's.'
Now when he said from my memory's I started panicking because that's a huge no no in my books.
When he saw me panicking he understood why I was panicking but assured me he filtered out everything but animas and games plus movies and fanfiction memories and he did say bros don't look at an another broes search history or in my case, memories.
Now calming down a bit I was shown a list of Heavenly restrictions or something similar to them but when I looked him for why I had to do it he said its because his boss would be pissed if he gave a mortal soul powers for free so this is both a insurance claim and something that would tie me to him so I don't die from claiming souls from other death gods or other such gods.
And when he saw my questioning face he said its because some souls who have been a bit to bad would end up being having his boss send him to take care of them and most of them are in fictional verses such as animes,movies and video games and because of that most have powers that are annoying and he doesn't know who or what he's dealing with when he would be sent after them.
When he saw my looking saying 'why don't you watch anime and movies or something to understand them' he told me that because of a law created by his boss, people like him go in blind to keep up their skills but him personally he thinks his boss does it to watch his colleagues come back all dishevelled and mad just to get a laugh out of it.
"OK now which restriction are going to pick?"
And with that I looked the restrictions that are on the list.
'No,no,no,no wait hold up' he looked back at restriction that seems interesting.

The hooded mans expression from what I guess from his lower face showed surprise for my choice.
"Can you tell me why you want to get rid of magic?"
"I don't want it because magic is always the first choice for someone, like I get it, but its always too tiring seeing someone rely on magic all the time and if you think about it
there's so many versions of magic for example marvel magic makes you rely on magic from gods and other dimensions but energy's for example like chakra is produced in the body so it makes no sense for people to choose magic all the time and also there are places that restrict and if not ban magic entirely, so I want an energy that let's me produce it in my body and not from other dimensions."
When he finished his rant he looked at the hooded man who's face is emotionless then he burst out laughing hard till the laughing slowly died down to a giggle.
"You know what just for that I'll give a few more powers because of making me laugh like that, damn it's been a long time since I laughed that hard now where was I aw yes now choose your powers.
Now thinking carefully asked to create my Avatar the man agreed and showed me a panel.
I decided that I would go for Sung Jin-Woos appearance but I added a few of my own touches for example making him 6 feet have spikey grey hair and a scar over his left eye and the eyes are grey but added a few things like when I'm mad or at will they'll turn into slits and when mad they'll turn red, or from being calm they'll be Gojo's level of blue eyes.
After being finished at clicked at the done button and I asked for a list and wrote the powers I want.

After giving the list back the hooded man frowned after scanning the list.
"You do know that all of this is pretty hefty right, like the Bloodlines alone would get me in trouble even if all are at 1% I don't think my boss would allow this and from your memory's this are powerful ones as well, you have to give me something a little more for me to even allow this."
I looked down thinking but looking down at the void gave me an idea.
"Would my identity work?"
"Yes it would work but you would still be in soul debt if I released my new contract with you and let you rest, you would have to pay back your soul debt the only way to pay it back would be by going to hell or by going bounty hunting after souls to gain AP short for Afterlife Points and it would depend on the souls you go after, like right now your about 60,000 AP In debt but since your giving your identity away you have about 20 to 25 earth years to clear your self of debt and to not get sent to hell"
"Then show me contracts then I want to see what of people I can go after."
The hooded man shrugged and brought up some bounty.
