72 Chapter 72 Abraham

John watched as all of the people gathered together in a group in front of him. They looked at the man covered in blood and the walker corpses around, they also saw that the Terminus building was set ablaze. John looked like a certified badass.

The ginger walked forward and said, "Who are you?"

John smiled and teased, "I told you I'm a good Samaritan."

The ginger looked like he was going to explode but the Latina next him calmed him down. John smiled and said, "My name is John, and I killed all the cannibals here. There is no need to fear them ever coming after you."

The wimpy man said with a strong southern accent, "How can we trust you?"

John said, "You can't, but if I want you dead. You are dead."

The ginger man walked forward and said, "So, you're some certified badass, huh?"

John chuckled and then said, "Yeah want to see my certification?"

The wimpy man burst out laughing and everyone looked at him. The man cleared his throat before he awkwardly started spouting some bullshit. John just ignored him and started walking away, going back towards the truck.

The group of people looked at John's back for a second before some of them started to follow. The ginger and his little threesome were the last to follow, the boy that was in the boxcar with them ran up to John and walked beside him. John looked down at the boy and patted his head before he kept walking.

As they walked the group was completely shocked, they saw bodies and bodies of walkers on the ground. There had to be at least 400 of them and each of them was killed by slicing, meaning John had killed all these walkers with his sword.

He brought them in front of his truck and said, "I have a camp, you are free to join me or not. I don't really care either way."

Many of the people who knew each other began to discuss and started climbing onto the flatbed. The ginger and his group didn't move though. John looked over at them and asked, "Not coming?"

The ginger was about to nod but the Latina climbed onto the truck, the ginger sighed and "I guess we are." He then helped the wimpy guy climb up before he walked over to the cab of the truck and got in the passenger seat. John smiled and got into the cab of the truck. He started the truck and began driving back to the railroad tracks. John then drove on the side of the track as he made his way back to his group of workers.

On the way, John asked, "What's your name friend?"

The ginger said, "Abraham and we are not friends."

John asked, "Why not? I saved you did I not?"

Abraham said, "You did, but that doesn't mean we are friends."

John said, "I guess not. After all, you aren't very friendly." Abraham looked over and sighed.

John asked, "Who are your friends?"

Abraham scrutinized John before he said, "The Latina is Rosita, she is badass. The wimpy guy is Dr. Eugene Porter."

John nodded and said, "How long you been with Rosita?"

Abraham looked surprised but said, "Since a little after the start."

John nodded and said, "This situation has brought people close together. At least people who have been together since the beginning. My group treats each other as family."

Abraham said, "What is this camp like?"

John said, "A fortress." Abraham tried to ask for more detail, but John didn't answer. John continued down the road, after about an hour they arrived at the work site.

Abraham was surprised, so he asked, "What's this."

John answered, "We are expanding the fence. We need the materials." Abraham nodded as he watched the men work.

John hopped out of the truck and walked over to the supervisor Android. John talked to him for a second before he looked around for Carl and Rob, they were talking to the new people.

Suddenly one of the men grabbed Carl's pistol and shot at John. John sliced the bullet before he shot back killing the man, John also looked at all the men that were in that mans group before he shot them all in the face.

The group from terminus was shocked, as well as the workers. Not because he had killed the men, but because he had sliced the bullet flying at him in half, leaving him unharmed.

Abraham said loudly, "I guess you are a certified badass."

John ignored that and said, "Carl grab your gun. We'll talk about more training later." Carl looked down and nodded.

John then shouted for all the people from Terminus to hear, "Anyone else gonna try some shit. Should I just kill you all?" Everyone shook their heads.

John nodded before he called a worker over and told him to move the bodies. The worker nodded and John then looked at Abraham. John said, "Are you going to try some shit?"

Abraham shook his head. John seeing this, walked over to his car, calling Carl and Rob over. They got in the car and John looked at Abraham for a second before he threw him the key to the truck. John then said, "Follow me."

John then got in and started his car, he waited for a couple minutes before he started driving off. Abraham was driving behind him from a distance, John could see that both Rosita and Eugene were in the cab of the truck next to Abraham.

When they arrived at the prison, John drove through the gate and parked in the courtyard. John got out with the boys, while Abraham and his fellow captives got down from the truck. Abraham said, "Ho-ly Shit."

Gabriel also got off the truck, he had been waiting at the work site and when he saw John leaving he climbed onto the truck and joined the captives.

Rick came over to John and asked, "What happened John, I thought we were stopping the recruitment of survivors."

John leaned next to Rick ear and said, "I save them from a group of cannibals." Rick's eyes widened as John backed away. Rick nodded as he greeted everyone and guided them around. John had someone drive the truck back to the train tracks, before he walked down to the fence.

John saw piles of sheets of steel. John then looked at the men digging the trench and saw they had made very good progress. Seeing this John smiled before he walked back up to the courtyard, John filled a bucket with water.

John brought the water over to a section of the prison that was less busy. John then began to wash himself down. Alicia who saw John washing himself walked over and started to help him. John smiled at her as she helped him.

When he was mostly clean Alicia grabbed his hand and brought him to the administration building. They had their own shower there and no one ever really came here.

They both stripped before they got into the shower together. After an intense shower session, they got out. They got dressed and walked back to the others. John spent the rest of the day with his family as he kept an eye on the new arrivals.
