The Villainess?
How did I get here? The last thing I remember was falling asleep after finishing the book: Trials Of Love. How did I become the villainess Camilla who has the same name as me? **************** Our female lead, Camilla used to be a very extrovert person who had many friends and was socially liked by everyone. However, after her parent's death, she was assigned to live with her Uncle and Aunt. Over time she slowly distances herself from her friends as she believes that she doesn't deserve happiness. She thought that she was the reason her parents died. Back then her parents died in a car accident when they were speeding toward the hospital where she was kept. On that very eventful morning, she had accidentally burnt her hand during food tech and was rushed straight towards the hospital. When her parents heard they too rushed over there hence they got into a car accident and eventually passed away. The only thing that would bring her happiness was that one book her parents left for her: Trials of love. It talked about a young boy named Damian who grew up in poverty but eventually became the grand duke of the Thedo empire. The Thedo empire was named after the first King founder of the empire. Damian grew to love his housekeeper's youngest daughter Eveline. The two had to go through many trials until they earned their happy ending... Of course with the occasional villainess ruining the happy pair. But who would've thought that our female lead ended up as the villainess? The character she hated the most. Camilla Rose Avery was the lost daughter of the present King and Queen. Camilla had been stolen when she was a year old by a maid. She was found by her older brother when he ran into her in an orphanage on one of his royal tours. Her love for Damian meant that she would try to kill Eveline. Because of her evil deed, she ended up being banished to the eastern empire when Damian became the grand duke. He married Eveline and then the story closed. Ella transmigrates into Camilla. However, there was still time to fix everything. She would be kind to Damian in the hope that he would remember her kindness in the future. Our female lead has decided to change her destiny so she tried very hard not to fall in love with Damian. However, the storyline seems to be changing. Why is the male lead running after the villainess this time? ********************************************************** Please vote for this book as I've entered a completion with it. Chapter 92: Testing my magic (2):
"Alright, Princess we have three more things to check," muttered Edgar as he handed me another mana stone. I absorbed it and turned towards him feeling more refreshed. "Can you place your hand on this stone? I need to check how much your mana store is," he asked as I placed my hand on top of the stone. "Grade A now. She has the possibility of becoming Grade S or even SS," a voice shouted. It shocked me for a second. Everything was so new to me. Like I don't know about this at all. None of this happened in the book.
"Wow, Camilla that's amazing. Only father is at Grade A. We are all Grade B," mumbled Christopher as I laughed. Was this true? Well, I have no idea what these Grades mean anyway. "These grades are used to show the difference in mana store with grade ss being the highest and grade f being the lowest," explained Edgar as I nodded in acknowledgement.
"Right this is the second to last thing tonight princess," he mumbled whilst asking me to place my wrist up. I rolled up my dress's sleeve to just about my elbow. Edgar gently twisted my wrist so that my palm was facing upwards. He seems to be looking at my wrist. What is he looking for?
"Camilla, how come you don't have the mark?" William asked as I looked at him in confusion. William pulled his sleeves up and showed us the mark on his wrist. On his wrist lay a very pretty orange fire symbol. Brandon and Christopher also showed the mark on their wrist. However, their fire symbols were a much more redder colour. "I'm a grade C in my mana store so my colour is lighter. I would have gotten to grade b if not for my stupid body," mumbled William, "Even my little sister is a higher grade than me,".
I stood up and hugged him tightly. He gasped in shock yet didn't release me. He only wrapped his arms around me gently as if holding a precious object. "It's ok," I gently comforted, "I'm sure you will find a cure for your sickness one day or another. Don't lose hope!". I let go of him and smiled. He looked much happier. It won't be long before he is cured by the saintess.
"So what grade are you guys?" I asked turning my attention towards Christopher and Brandon. "Grade B, no one apart from the King is grade A. When Brandon becomes the King he will be helped by Edgar to have a grade a mana store. Apart from the King, all members of the royal family must have their powers controlled. It's just in case something happens. So we have to wear this stupid bracelet that allows us to use limited fire powers," explained Christopher. "Then you must remember that I only have a grade b mana store," I mumbled. I suppose the people in the room must have understood why I said that. Because they didn't retort anything.
"Wait I just remembered that I saw a water/ tear mark on my hand before. At that time my hand was soaked in water. Do you think that will work?" I asked as Edgar believed we could try it out. It worked. As soon as water landed on my wrist a water/ tear mark appeared. It was shining a light blue colour.
"Wow it looks so pretty," I exclaimed. For once in my life I feel as if something in my body was pretty. I mean in my previous life I suffered a long time from depression. I hope this time I can become a happy and rich lady. "Your Highness," called Edgar as he brought me out of my thoughts. "This mark will represent your power and your status in the royal family. This mark can also allow other people to recognise you,"

Before Edgar came inside Leonard's office they had all changed (really quickly) back into their royal clothing.
