The Villainess?

How did I get here? The last thing I remember was falling asleep after finishing the book: Trials Of Love. How did I become the villainess Camilla who has the same name as me? **************** Our female lead, Camilla used to be a very extrovert person who had many friends and was socially liked by everyone. However, after her parent's death, she was assigned to live with her Uncle and Aunt. Over time she slowly distances herself from her friends as she believes that she doesn't deserve happiness. She thought that she was the reason her parents died. Back then her parents died in a car accident when they were speeding toward the hospital where she was kept. On that very eventful morning, she had accidentally burnt her hand during food tech and was rushed straight towards the hospital. When her parents heard they too rushed over there hence they got into a car accident and eventually passed away. The only thing that would bring her happiness was that one book her parents left for her: Trials of love. It talked about a young boy named Damian who grew up in poverty but eventually became the grand duke of the Thedo empire. The Thedo empire was named after the first King founder of the empire. Damian grew to love his housekeeper's youngest daughter Eveline. The two had to go through many trials until they earned their happy ending... Of course with the occasional villainess ruining the happy pair. But who would've thought that our female lead ended up as the villainess? The character she hated the most. Camilla Rose Avery was the lost daughter of the present King and Queen. Camilla had been stolen when she was a year old by a maid. She was found by her older brother when he ran into her in an orphanage on one of his royal tours. Her love for Damian meant that she would try to kill Eveline. Because of her evil deed, she ended up being banished to the eastern empire when Damian became the grand duke. He married Eveline and then the story closed. Ella transmigrates into Camilla. However, there was still time to fix everything. She would be kind to Damian in the hope that he would remember her kindness in the future. Our female lead has decided to change her destiny so she tried very hard not to fall in love with Damian. However, the storyline seems to be changing. Why is the male lead running after the villainess this time? ********************************************************** Please vote for this book as I've entered a completion with it. Chapter 52: Do you not know what it means?

After a while, I headed back to the space where Damian was sitting. He looked at me curiously as if trying to find something on my face. I looked at him curiously but I didn't say anything. I could kind of guess what he was looking for. But I hate people seeing me cry so I made sure that my eyes weren't puffy before I came back here.

"Let's go back shall we?" Damian asked, I actually was debating how to tell him I wanted to go back. There is no more mood left. I nodded and we began to walk back the same way we came.

When we approached the long weeds Damian wanted to pick me up however the maids beat him to it, thankfully though. They placed me back onto the floor when we had walked off the long weeds. They even helped dusted my dress. Not gonna lie, I still haven't gotten used to people caring for me like such so I just stood there with my ears red.

By the time we reached the manor, I was in a better mood than before. I suppose it's been a long time since I went on a long walk. I remember going for walks with Mum and Dad before the accident. I used to love the walks in autumn where I would stomp on all the leaves. Spring and summer were the best, we went hiking most weekends. Mum wasn't too keen on these hiking trips so most of the time it would just be me and Dad. Surprisingly it wasn't that awkward. Perhaps hiking was the only thing me and Dad had in common.

As I was lost in thought failed to realise that Lexi and the duke were waiting patiently at the back manor for us. They seemed to be having a lovely conversation. Seeing them finally talking made me feel so much better. If only I could have got this. I shook my head off these thoughts. I can't have these thoughts in my head.

"Hey. How was your walk?" Lexi asked as I walked up to her. "It was alright," I replied cheerfully completely not letting them realise anything. I guess this is the thing with some people. You can only see what they wish to show you. I believe everyone has many faces with different people... You should count yourself lucky if you ever see a certain someone's real feelings... Anyway, why am I feeling so semimetal recently? It's as if I've got a lot of things bottled up that will soon be realised. It's an odd feeling.

Turning towards Damian she muttered "Your flower chain looks nice," I looked at her curiously. I wonder why she would compliment him. Aren't they like bitter enemies in the book, perhaps it's because of my interference that she is trying to have a relationship with him. Damian looks a bit shocked and replied with a short thank you. However, Lexi seems to be trying a bit too hard to have a conversation as she proceeded to ask who made it. "Camilla made it for me," he replied as Lexi's face turned into shock and confusion even the grand duke did.

"Is something the matter?" I asked, Uncle Robert signed and said "How should I explain this... Actually Lexi you can explain this," as he passed the ball to Lexi. I turned towards Lexi and she explained that in high society when a lady offers or gives a man or boy a flower it basically means she likes him and wishes to start a relationship with him. It's the same when a man or boy gives a lady or women a bracelet...

"What in the world," I screamed, why was there such a stupid rule? Even in the modern world, it should be men giving flowers, what is this nonsense? Do I have to learn about this? Omg. I don't want to learn etiquette. Why does the higher class have so many silly and useless rules for ladies and men? It's pointless. I turned towards Damian and declared that I meant no such thing. I didn't even know about this. In the book, it never had this silly rule. As a loyal fan who has read this book a million times, I can defiantly say I don't remember having this rule in the book. Besides I had someone I liked before coming here so... I guess that will forever be my regret. I won't be able to tell him I liked him.

Everyone burst out laughing when they heard me panicking about this silly, stupid, rule. Lexi gently tapped my back as she gently explain that I would learn all of this in my etiquette classes. I suppose I really can't run away from etiquette class. I mean I am the only princess to have been born in decades. Which is why most of the citizen was very amazed at my birth. There hasn't been a single princess born since the war.
