11 Kick Her Out!

Nicholas was in the midst of his meeting when his phone vibrated in his pockets for the first time. He ignored it, and a second later, it vibrated once again. He ignored it thinking it wasn't anything important as he continued to listen to the reports.

After that, his phone continued to vibrate a couple of times to the point it even annoyed him. He stuffed his phone in his pockets and switched it off, focusing on his assistant, William, who was presenting the report on his behalf. After an hour, he bowed and said, "Boss, anything new to add?"

Nicholas shook his head and waved his hand. "Prepare things as you said. We will post an advertisement for new artists and agents. Make sure you hire the best. Dismissed."

Everyone nodded and got up to head outside the room. He looked at the laptop as an email was opened right in front of him.

"Respected Mr. Harrison,

"We request your presence in M city for the upcoming movie launch. Please read the report we have attached to this email."

He clicked open the attachment and spent more than half an hour reading through it. He finally closed it, wanting to make his schedule clear for the next week. He would probably be on a business tour for a few days.

Good enough, that way, he wouldn't have to see his wife's face every single day.

This thought transformed his mood as he smiled and leaned back on his seat. Ah, his phone.

Let's see who had a death wish to message him so constantly.

He turned on his phone, and soon enough, he was bombarded with multiple text messages in an instant, so much so that he had to pause for a while. His brows furrowed as he stared at the notification for a moment before finally clicking the text message he got from an unknown number.

"Hi, Abigail here, dear husband~"

"...."

He shouldn't have opened his inbox.

Wait, who was bold enough to give him his phone number to that annoying lady in the first place?!

The next second, he found the answer in the chat itself.

"Brother-in-law gave me your number! Isn't he adorable?!"

Nicholas's eyes darkened as he stared at that message.

Adorable?

Hah…

Wasn't she his wife?

Even though he hated her, it didn't mean he would like Abigail giving other people her attention. His younger brother had to get out of his house!

He was a possessive man, and even the things he hated shouldn't go to another person. He could do anything he wanted, heck, he might even throw it in the garbage and crush it under his feet. But other people didn't have that kind of authority.

Abigail was his to crush and destroy.

He finally calmed his fury down and glanced at the rest of the messages.

A couple of pictures.

Ah, it seemed like she wanted him to pick.

Nicholas sneered and continued to scroll as a frown crossed his forehead. So many messages. Did she really have so much time at hand?

He finally scrolled to the last message and read as she said, "Husband, if you don't message me back, I'll go out wearing the simple housecoat!"

Nicholas stared at that message for a second before his door was knocked. He calmly put his phone in his pockets and said, "Enter."

"Boss." William walked inside as he looked at his boss with his furrowed brows. "Your wife… She's here."

Nicholas pressed the bridge of his nose and waved his hand as if shooing someone away. "I don't have time to deal with her. Kick her out!"

"That's not it…."

"What did she do?" Nicholas finally felt traces of patience leaving his body.

*Half an hour ago*

Abigail had just entered the lobby of the Harrison Entertainment, the main company of the entire corporation when she was stopped by the receptionist. "Welcome to Harrison entertainment, what can we do for you?"

In the eyes of that receptionist, Abigail looked utterly unqualified to even enter past the lobby. Ladies and gents would come to this place every single day to try their luck, but only rare ones would be taken in by the agents. To be noticed by the higher ups is even rarer here.

Unless there was a recruitment notice, which wasn't there at the moment, there was no way a lady like this young woman dressed in a simple housecoat could ever attract the attention of the higher ups.

So the receptionist was quite arrogant as she said, "You've come to the correct address, right?"

"Is this Harrison Entertainment?"

"Yes."

"Then I've come to the right place." Abigail's eyes glistened with joy as she said with utter excitement, "Can you tell my husband that I'm here?"

"Your husband?" The receptionist frowned. In her heart, she sneered and glared at the young woman. For her, the young woman in a housecoat was clearly making excuses to enter the building.

A hint of displeasure filled her face as she dialed the security guard's number secretly

"D*mn!" Abigail didn't know what the receptionist was doing. She facepalmed herself and said, "How can I forget about it?! I forgot to introduce myself! I'm Abigail Harrison! So you must know who my husband is, right?"

"...."

Veins popped on the receptionist's forehead. She wondered from which mental asylum this crazy woman escaped. Surely, many girls had tried this trick with the CEO and failed desperately, and some of them were even sent to prison for harassing the boss.

Even then, these insane women come out of nowhere to make trouble for the boss! She took a deep breath and said, plastering a fake smile on her face, "Do you have proof that you're Mrs. Harrison?"

"Proof?" Abigail was stunned as she tilted her head. "Just ask him. What more proof do you want than his words?"

The receptionist's eyes squinted as she stared at the lady and finally picked up the receiver of her phone, saying, "Security, kick her out."

Abigail's eyes widened as she snatched the receiver of the phone and yelled on the other side, "If you dare to come, I swear I'll destroy the entire place!"

The security guards also tensed after hearing those words and hurried toward the lobby. On the other side, Abigail successfully broke the phone in anger as she threw it to the ground, glaring at the receptionist in anger.

"What kind of sh*tty service is this?! Without even verifying my words, you're kicking me out!" She fumed and said, "Sure, it must be him! He ordered you to kick me out, didn't he?! Ah, I know him well! He did this deliberately!"

Then she cupped her hands on her mouth and yelled once again, "Dear husband, if you don't come down this f*cking instant, I'll destroy this entire place just like I did with your garden! Come out!"
