It was just so interesting and fascinating to the public, but at the same time it was incredibly frightening.

They could be walking in the streets and next second they could be murdered by Jack The Ripper.

But yet there was just one strange detail,all his past victims had been female prostitutes.

There were rumours that he had only murdered female prostitutes as he had dated one before, and that she ended up cheating on him after.

Yet, strangely enough he hadn't been caught.

This incident didn't happen only once or twice, but it had already happenned THREE times.

Many had suspected that the police knew who Jack The Ripper was, they simply did not reveal it to the public.

And that Jack The Ripper was an inside job,that it was one of the police.

Leading to horrible backflash from the public.The police were pressured, and there was no connection with any of the females that were murdered.

The only similarity being that they were all female prostitutes, Jack The Ripper killed the female prostitutes from all kinds of places, it wasn't only from one specific place.

The public was shaken by the whole incident, how could they not?It was a murder that had occurred and the police hadn't caught Jack The Ripper for weeks now.

Although Jack The Ripper murdered the female prostitutes from random locations,this incident had only happened in London.

Thus the police only looked for males who had experience in the field of doctors.

The reason why they knew Jack The Ripper had only murdered 3 female prostitute was because of his unique way of killing.

There was a chance that he had murdered more women but he didn't brutally murder them like how Jack The Ripper did with the female prostitues.

The name Jack The Ripper originated from a letter that Jack The Ripper had 'written' to the police office.

However this was proven to be false as it turned out it was a news outlet who had sent it to the public, but the name was catchy and most of the public had already known the serial killer as 'Jack The Ripper'.

Thus Jack The Ripper had become one of the most famous serial killers in the time Lady Melissa had lived through in her past life.

And in Lady Melissa's past life, the police still hadn't ended up catching him.

In total Jack The Ripper had ended up murdering 5 female prostitues,all who were brutally murdered, before Jack The Ripper himself had finally stopped the murders.

It was a relief for everyone especially the female prostitues, but looking at the situation now. Lady Melissa knew to be cautious, she had been too caught up in all the events that had been happenning in her past life, she had completely forgotten about the infamous serial killer 'Jack The Ripper'.

She knew she wouldn't be targeted by him, as the 5 women Jack The Ripper had killed in Lady Melissa's past life were all female prostitues but she knew she needed to stay cautious, on her guard at all times.

She couldn't imagine something as horrific as that happenning to her child.

"Yes mother,I will make sure to comply with you and father's wishes."

"If you have nothing more to say, I would like to excuse myself,I want to take a rest."

"Yes, have fun showering!Don't forget to come down and eat with us when your done."

Lady Melissa made her way to the stairs,slowly going up the staircase leading to her room while thinking of everything that had happenned today.

The main priority she had was the Crown Prince,she hoped he hadn't seen her, or else it would be problematic for her.

She didn't want to cause any problems for her family.

And she greatly hoped the Crown Prince had not recognized her, for the better.

Lady Melissa walked into her room, and she was tired, so she called for a maid to help massage her.

In a matter of minutes, her bath was ready.The overpowering smell of the soap was all Lady Melissa could smell, not that she was complaining as it was onemof her favourite scents.

Her bath was lavender scented.

There were bubbles everywhere and she couldn't help but play with them when she saw them, her inner child would usually just take control of her body and play with the bubbles.

"Please massage my body, I am quite tired today."

Lady Melissa asked the maid to massage her body, in which the maid had obviously complied to her master's wishes.

"Yes, Lady Melissa."

Without Lady Melissa noticing, she closed her eyes and slept.

She was awoken to her maid shaking her.

"Lady Melissa,I'm done with the massage."

The maid had tried to wake Melissa up quite a few times,but Lady Melissa didn't respond.

The maid had grew quite anxious and frightened that something had happenned to her master, so she shaked Lady Melissa in hopes that it would awaken Lady Melissa from her slumber.

And Lady Melissa did wake up.

"Oh, are you done with the massage?"

Lady Melissa asked the maid.

"Yes, I am done, Lady Melissa."

The maid replied to Lady Melissa's question.

"May I know what time it is?"

"It's 5 30 PM right now."

The maid answered Lady Melissa's question yet once again.

"5 PM?!"

Lady Melissa let out a gasp, she thought it would only take 15 minutes, now her parents had been waiting for her for 30 minutes?

They hadn't started eating yet, but they had conversations with each other from 5 15 PM until 6 PM. That was when their food would be served.

"Thank you so much for the massage! You may leave now, I'm in a hurry."

Lady Melissa quickly thanked the maid before rushing to change into some formal clothes for her evening dinner with her parents.

She took a few minutes before choosing a beautiful white dress, it had complimented both her appearance and eyes beautifully.

Lady Melissa left her bathroom and as she was about to go down, she spotted something at her desk.

Lady Melissa knew better than to keep people waiting, she had manners of course.

But her curiosity had gotten the best of her, and within a few seconds, she was reaching for the envelope opening it.

And there it said.

"Greetings Lady Melissa Mendy Shayla, it is I Duke Alphonso Vincent Peagler and I wrote this letter to tell you about my thoughts on the offer you had given to me at the ball yesterday.

I'll keep this short, I agree with your rebellion against the Crown Prince, and you may send me letters as well to keep me updated regarding your plan.I would love to hear more about your idea, though make sure to give it to your most trusted maid.

There are a lot of rats nowadays."
