~7~ Wake Up Call of Her New Butler
"Good morning Milady!"
A soft warm and gentle voice had echoed inside Charlotte's room yet she was still in her sleep because of what had happened last night.
From the moment that she had known about her new butler - she couldn't even sleep or close her eyes or even wink because she knew that if she did - she'll only dream about the butler and how in her dream - will he tell everyone about the lady's secrets and it took her a great amount of time to even fall asleep in that night.
Until then, her consciousness had faded away and darkness had taken over her mind that she wasn't even aware of.
However, at the moment - she wasn't yet even aware that it was already morning and that the heat was already hitting her skin. Yet for the most part - Louis, after looking at Charlotte who was still sleeping, was drawn to her cuteness for some time, and unconsciously he was already blocking the rays of the sun that was making Charlotte's skin rosy.
It was until then that his face was already near Charlotte that he had finally seen the lady's true beauty
"Look at you, Lady Charlotte - If this is the way that you're acting then you'd be more good to go. However, it seems like when you wake up - that little cub inside you will surely show. Yet, in the meantime - I guess I'm already enjoying gazing at you like this"
With whispers near where Charlotte was - Louis wasn't even aware that he was already - unconsciously smiling while only looking at the lady, who was already making different faces while she was sleeping.
Just when he was about to go back to his previous position and revert to bending down to meet the lady's level - did only Charlotte exclaimed in her sleep in such a happy voice that she wasn't even aware of.
It's because in her sleep there already appeared such a cute bunny in front of her that she was contemplating whether to hug or ignore it. Yet to her in her dreams - what won was her eagerness to hug the bunny and for the time being - she exuded such a warm feeling just by hugging the bunny in her sleep
"Fluffy!!!!"
She exclaimed - however that's the time that Louis was caught off guard as one of his arms was already being hugged by the lady in her sleep that got him stuck in the situation.
Yet, he wasn't even complaining as he doesn't even know why. All he knows is that - he's happy as he can see Charlotte happily exclaiming in her sleep even though that that he's another arm is already being hug
'I guess she's dreaming about something that he thought my arm is the thing she's hugging. Oh well, let's just stay like this for five minutes and after then - I'll have to wake her up again'
They stayed like that for what seemed like more than what Louis had expected and that made him look at the clock only to know that it was already time for her to have her breakfast and without any hesitation or doubts - he immediately, with such gentle actions shove Charlotte's hands that were clipping on his other arm as he shouted at her ears making her eyes widen in surprise, eyebrows creasing as she suddenly sat on her bed alert
"GOOD MORNING MILADY!!!"
Those were the words that kept ringing in her mind the moment that she had heard Louis exclaim those words to her.
Yet her eyes had gotten wider the moment that she only saw who did say those words in her ears - more like shouted that made her expressions change suddenly and became a glare at Louis - who was only smiling at her
"Milady, I know that you might seem shocked that I entered your room without your permission and I even shouted at you this instance - however - it's a necessity to do your daily routine and one of those is to eat your breakfast .... five minutes after this"
Louis said those words calmly to Charlotte and looked at the pendulum clock that she had as he acted like he hasn't even done Charlotte any wrong and that made her glare at him even more
"What he-------"
However, even before Charlotte could finish what she was saying - Louis bend in front of her as their faces were already near to each other enough for their noses to touch when Louis smiled at her again - the kind of smile that could captivate any lady and Charlotte knew that the moment he saw such expressions - she was already captivated by him.
She knew that well that's why her eyes - her expressions - turned from glaring to being wide-eyed as he can see how perfect his face was in front of her. Yet what made her eyes widen more was the words that came out of Louis' mouth
"Milady, just a quick reminder - alright? Earlier, when you were sleeping - I was about to wake you up again when all of a sudden - you dreamt of something that made you hug my other arms. That's why I suddenly did that earlier for you to wake up"
Even though Louis was saying those words - his expressions never changed as he kept smiling at her even though her cheeks were already reddening from such words and her heart was already beating abnormally again just by one glace of the young man that was in front of her.
She doesn't even know why but words that she wanted to say - more like exclaimed wouldn't even come out of her mouth like it was stuck there for a moment while still looking at the smiling person in front of her that she thought was her prince for some reasons
"So shall we, Milady?"
With what a butler should do, he was about to revert to his previous position when all of a sudden Charlotte's hand held Louis' butler uniform as what Oliver had given him.
For that moment he looked at the lady who seemed like she had something to say yet it made his eyebrows crease from the moment that Charlotte averted her gaze from Louis as she looked somewhere else.
However, even after averting her gaze from her new butler - her hand that was still holding his uniform only tightened its grip until Louis heaved a sigh and smiled unconsciously at the lady.
That time - he only said some words that widen Charlotte's eyes as she immediately loosened her hold on
"Seems like Milady had already missed me from last night that I was said to be your new butler."
From that moment - Charlotte glared at Louis and immediately said words that made Louis chuckled
"W-Who said you'd come in b-barging in my r-room and w-wake me u-up!"
The lady was only stuttering upon saying those words that she can't even look straight in the eyes instead she was trying hard not to avert her gaze at him yet she was also avoiding his eyes from meeting with each other
At that moment, Charlotte seemed to only hear her heart's sound as it pounded abnormally again when she was about to calm it with her nerves.
That moment - when Charlotte heard Louis' response she looked at him with disbelief. It's because he was chuckling after hearing what the lady had said
"W-What so f-funny a-about? H-Huh?!"
She exclaimed and she did - however, she was still stuttering from her response that Louis shook his head while his lips were curved upwards that he wasn't even aware he was doing
"Milady - from now on - as your new butler - you have to be used for me now that I'll have to do these kinds of things every morning. Alright? Now please do change as I'll have to call for the other maids to assist you"
As soon as Louis said those words - he was about to walk away from Charlotte when he immediately senses that Charlotte still speaking something
"B-Bu-----"
"Oh and one more thing Milady, no more buts."
With those last words that Louis said - he immediately went out of Charlotte's room and gently closed the door leaving Charlotte having that red cheek, red ears, heart-pounding moments while her hands were on her chest, mouth wide open and eyebrows creasing - everything that Charlotte was feeling had been like a spur of the moment.
She doesn't know why however Louis' voice, as well as his moves and expressions, earned a lot of impact on the lady that she was already breathing hard just by remembering what had happened earlier and how Louis moves his face near where Charlotte was
'What was that? Why am I suddenly feeling this way? Did I contract something? Why does my heart always beats like this whenever I'm with that new butler of mine?!'
She kept asking herself when the answer was already obvious the moment that she saw him.
"No, maybe it was only because it's my first time seeing someone that had those silver hair and hazel eyes. Maybe that's it nothing more or less"
Little did she knows that from then on - she'll be drawn to him
