To be exact, General Ryou sprayed him, saying that building had to be done first.

"Since the others had tried and it's not successful, then I'm not going to try." Kate pursed her lips.

She was not so stupid so as to reveal her power in front of other people. Even if Kate didn't know why General Ryan asked her to help, she felt that it wouldn't be good for her space to be different from others.

The others might not know the exact reason, but Kate knew that it might have some relationship with the fact that she was actually both cat and human at the same time. Not wanting to provoke trouble, Kate decided that it would be best for her not to do anything and show off her abilities.

Being low key was good enough.

Anyway, she was already quite high profile with her missions so far with Kyle and the few things that had happened before.

Kate didn't want to attract more unwanted attention to herself.
