"Meow?" Kate was stirred awake.

Seeing Kyle seemed to be staring at the bookcase in front of them, Kate was bewildered. She wondered just what happened that made Kyle being so annoyed like this?

Kyle snapped back and rubbed Kate's head. "Let's go to my father's house."

"Meow." <Ok. >

As they walked out, Kyle was silently thinking about that short scene for a moment. Just when he felt that his emotion was going to go awry, the soft meowing seemed to wake him up.

This little cat is indeed very special.

The location of his father's house from the military base was not that far, but it was more convenient to use car. Thus, the two of them entered the car and then headed to the general's house.

Upon seeing the house, Kate was silent.

She turned to look at Kyle.

This is your father's house?

"Why are you looking at me like that?" Kyle patted Kate's head and alighted. He picked Kate up conveniently. "Come on."
