The development

Bai Wan woke up abruptly only to be greeted with quite a splendid view of a beautiful pink room. He didn't need a picture book to inform him that he was in the room of a lady.

His mind flashed back to when he was suddenly swept off the ground by the heavenly beauty in the flying petal, after that, his vision went dark and he lost consciousness.

"Fuck! Did I get arrested?" He asked no one in particular with a sigh.

"No, you didn't?" Came an answer from a corner of the big bedroom. Bai Wan tilted his head in that direction and was greeted with the beautiful face of the lady in the flying petal, sitting in a lotus sitting position.

She opened her eyes when she felt Bai Wan's gaze lingering on her body.

"Senior sister, I swear, I did nothing to Xin Jie, everything she told you was a lie." Seeing that he was trapped, he began apologizing.

"I know." She replied.

"Huh." Bai Wan was shocked, "Then, why am I here, don't tell me.." he gave her a weird look with one eye slightly raised.

A cold glint appeared in her eyes, she flicked her slender fingers and two small petal sped towards Bai Wan. Hitting his head and sending him flying back to the bed.

Bai Wan let out a small ouch and lifted his head from the bed, while his hands caressed the spot softly.

"Senior sister, I didn't mean it like that, you see, we are in a bedroom.." Bai Wan sighed.

But she frowned, "Stop speaking and come with me, I have a very important assignment for you." She said and began cat walking towards the door, her slender figure swaying beautifully as she walked.

'Damn, such a goddess!' Bai Wan sighed as he walked with her.

After leaving the room, they arrived in another room. Almost identical to the last one where Xin Jie could be seen meditating.

Surrounding her were several ethereal butterflies, flapping their wings and releasing strange wisp of energy that was greedily absorbed by her body.

Xin Jie noticed their presence and opened her eyes, she frowned and blushed when she saw Bai Wan looking at him, "Pervert!"

"Sister Xin Yan, why is he here, he should be locked up! He is a big big pervert! Humph!"

Xin Yan glared at Xin Jie, "Be serious for once, Xin Jie. I brought him here to help you."

Both Bai Wan and Xin Jie stared at her confused, "Help me, how?"

Xin Yan didn't reply her, instead, she used her Qi telekinetically to pull a chair towards Bai Wan and made him sit on it.

"Xin Jie, he will be your dual cultivation partner for now." She said.

"What!!"

"What!!"

"Big sister, why? I don't need a cultivation partner, I can pass the exam and increase my cultivation level by myself!" Xin Jie said apologetically.

Xin Yan shook her head and frowned at her little sister, "Xin Jie, you have a physique that I'm sure you understand. It gives you a quick Qi boost during mediation, however, it consumes it two times faster than normal when you use them."

"If you keep cultivating like this, you will be stuck in Level 1 for a long time. This young man has a fine physique and above average yang essence."

Xin Jie and Bai Wan listened attentively as Xin Yan went further. Bai Wan finally understood what everything, it turns out Xin Jie has a disease which requires Yang Essence to balance it.

He had a smile on his face as he thought about it.

"I rather fall into Qi Deviation than cultivate with any pervert. All the boys in this sect are perverts! Even the instructors, sister, hear me out. I hate perverts!" She cried.

Bai Wan maintened his hair and clothes and prepared to speak, he coughed a little and looked her in the eyes, "Xin Jie, don't be like this, if you don't take my yang essence, you won't reach level 2 and you know, time is moving fast, you might get really old and still get stucked at that level!"

"Look, I get it. The pervert thing might stick with me, but I promise, I'm not as bad as you think. Plus, being stuck in Level 1 forever doesn't sound fun."

Xin Jie crossed her arms, her expression defiant. "I don't care! I'd rather be the oldest Level 1 cultivator than deal with a perverted cultivation partner."
