An Even Warmer Welcome

I slowly opened the doors to the mansion like building.

The doors groaned as they moved, walking inside. I could see a luxourious interior within the building. A chandelier hung high within the ceiling, illuminating the interior of the building. There was a huge stair way that showed two openings. One opening looked quite formal, like somewhere the World Government Agent offices would be held. It was left ajar, and I could detect that there weren't anyone within that side of the building. 

The other door, however, felt abandoned. Almost like nobody would dare open its doors. It was then I felt the six eerie presences that I had detected earler. I promptly began walking to that door, and wasted no time breaking in to start searching for the source of those presences. 

Walking down the hallway, I heard nothing but the sound of my own footsteps. The luxury of the building could still be seen within the building, but the more I kept walking, the more of the initial allure began to fade. 

It was only when I stopped in front of a particular double door, did I sense five of the six initial presences. I smiled inwardly as I immediately concluded the source of these presences. Who else would it be other than the Five Elders?

They were revered to be the heads of the World Government. The ones who made all the decisions that determined the fate of the world, no matter how brutal. I wasted no time opening the doors to meet them for the very first time in my life. 

The Five Elders were exactly as the Anime had portrayed them. Two of them were standing, while the other three remained seated. They all carried a sense of dignity, and the aura that all five of them released could only be described as nothing less than majestic. 

We all just remained quiet as I closed the doors behind me, and I patiently waited for one of them to say something; anything.

"You pirates.....have been getting more arrogant as time passes. First was Rocks, now its Whitebeard and Roger. I personally believe that we should stop this facade and kill you all," One Elder, a man that I recognized as Saint Nusjuro commented.

"Unfortunately, we can't, you know the will of our Lord," Another Elder, a man I recognized as Saint Warcury, argued.

"One of his men have my nephew as hostage, I hope you're not thinking of sparing him?" An Elder with long hair and a long mustache, Saint Marcus Mars asked. 

"No, we can eradicate this group, we'll leave the rest for the Marines," A handsome man with blonde hair responded to Saint Mars, his name was probably Saint Ju peter. 

The only one who hadn't sensed anything was Saint Saturn, who was looking at me up and down with curiousity. Like a scientist who had just found a new guinea pig to experiment with.

"Let's not kill him, I want to know what makes this one tick," Saint Saturn suggested calmly.

My expression remained aloof for the entirety of their little conversation. They had been talking as if everything was set in stone, it was kind of pissing me off to be honest.

One of the Elders, Saint Ju Peter, got up; and instantly appeared in front of me. He raised his flintlock pistol and shot at me multiple times. This bullets wouldn't get to me because I had instantly grabbed his hand and raised his gun in the air before he could let out those shots. 

I instantly gave him a deadly push kick that sent him past the other Elders and breaking the window; essentially, kicking him out of the building.

Saint Nusjuro wasted no time appearing right by me with his sword drawn, he was about to cut right through my neck when I had stopped his blade with the stem of my axe. His glasses flashed as he turned to look at me, but before I could retaliate at the man, Saint Mars let more shots out with his flint lock as well. I could only lean backwards to dodge the bullets that were coming my way. 

Moreover, Saint Nusjuro took advantage of this and used all his strength to push me to the ground using his blade. I lost balance and fell down to the ground, I instantly rolled over before Saint Nusjuro could stab down at me. I jumped up to my feet, but before I could even land in my two feet. I felt an insufferable drop kick from Saint Warcury, and I was sent right through the doors that I had opened previously.

I landed on my feet instantly, and lunged right back at Saint Warcury. I had my axe in tow as I raised it to lop the man's head off. However, that bastard Saint Nusjuro blocked it with his blade; and Saint Warcury used this oppurtunity to headbutt me right in the gut. Making me breakout of the mansion like building. He was stupidly strong, even I had to admit that, but that only made my surpressed battle hunger grow even more. 

The Five Elders slowly emerged from the mansion like building that I would later come to know as Pangea Castle. They all slowly began turning into different animals, and grew to heights that were almost five times my normal height. 

"Give up, boy," Saint Saturn, who was among them, demanded;"This is a fight that you won't win."

"Can't know if I don't try," I replied, channeling lightning and haki through my axe.

I immediately lunged at them, Saint Nusjuro instantly appeared in front of me. Probably trying to block my attack again. Well, he was in for a nasty surprise, I instantly used The Lightning of the Dead on him. 

He was obviously not prepared because he instantly lost grip on the blade, the attack went on to attack Warcury and send him flying through Pangea Castle once more. The other Elders wasted no time attacking me all at once. Mars took the form of a bird and started shooting lasers right out of his mouth. 

My instincts were telling me that these weren't attacks that I could easily block. So I started Dodging them while I handled Ju Peter. He had taken the form of a giant sand worm, he had opened his mouth, and started trying to draw me closer by using his mouth as a vacuum. I let the vacuum take over, but instead of being swallowed, I raised my axe and covered it with Conqurer's haki infusion. 

I sent The Lightning of Destruction his way, and he must have thought that he would be able to eat that as well. However, I was using that as bait for my other attack. I quickly kicked up to get out of the vacuum's range, and raised my axe to cover it in Ryuo. 

I was about to use the Lightning of The End to finish him off, but Saint Saturn and Saint Mars interfered at a rather critical moment. Mars struck me with one of his annoying lasers, and Saturn swatted me like a fly across the battle field. It was a quick yet deadly combo, and had it not been for the fact that I covered my upper body with Armament haki. I would've incurred some serious damage from that two-man combo.

I slowly got up and chuckled for a bit, this was getting fun.
