59 You are my home

Alora stretched her arms out as she woke up early in the morning. She could hear the birds chirping on the balcony. Tilting her head, she found Magnus was sleeping peacefully. She kissed his cheek and got out of bed silently without disturbing his sleep. 

Having a hot water bath, she felt freshened up. Selvina had already picked up a dress for her today along with the matching jewelry with it. Alora found it difficult to hook her gown from the back and decided to call Selvina for help. 

"You left me on the bed all alone," Magnus said as he leaned against the door frame. 

She watched him through the mirror. "Will His Highness help me with the dress?" 

"Sure, darling!" Magnus approached her and stood behind her. She already had moved her hair to the front, exposing her back to him. He traced her spine from the pad of his fingers, noticing how her eyelids flutter. "I will miss you for two days," he suddenly said. 

"What do you mean?" Alora asked.
