126 A biased person like you

As Alora and Magnus returned to the palace in their chamber, the first voice they heard was of Madam Aubrey.

"Alora, my dear, why are you punishing us like this? Your sister is in prison while your father is forced to leave his position as the High Chancellor. You want me to beg you, then I will do that," said Madam Aubrey. "I will get on my knees to save my crumbling family if that's the apology you desire, Alora. Please just forgive them both," she stated.

"Why don't you get on your knees before my mother?" Alora asked her grandmother.

"Wh-what?" Madam Aubrey's reaction was mixed. She didn't know why Alora said that.

"You should beg forgiveness from my mother, Madam Aubrey," Alora sternly said. She didn't call her 'grandmother', which was the first change the entire Wilson Family noticed in her.
