Jael grunted as he climbed up the stairs. His footwear was dirty from walking around in the grass. After checking the foundation, he ended up having to speak to Danag for hours.
He didn't like how he was being dragged into the slightest thing. They didn't need his opinion on everything. However, there was no way he could avoid this.
He has still not tested out the drug himself. He had wanted to test it out the night after they arrived, however, Danag had fought about being hasty. As there was no longer any need for it as the purpose was to convince the Lords.
Jael would have argued this but he has not gotten a break since he got back from Lord Garth's residence and there was barely any time to go Paler hunting.
