The Vampire's Curse

She was not the woman of his dreams. She was rather the woman who came and turned his life upside down. Did love even exist? Why did she have to forgive him for things he did? He did not do them because he loved her. He did them because he wanted them all to herself. He didn't want to lose her and did what would benefit him. He never thought about others so why would she think about him. She was only meant to save herself. She was not some Messiah who came to deliver the world. As she looked at him all she felt was disgust. She didn't think that she loved him anymore. She didn't have a soul. He had destroyed it. His eyes raked over her body and he could not contain the lust that he felt towards her. His pupils turned dark as she ran her hands over his chest. He wanted to grab her by the throat and kiss her. Hold her under the moon and tell her how much he had been miserable since she had left but he knew that was not what she wanted to hear. The moon accentuated her curves and all he wanted was to run his hand all over her body. He knew it was not going to last. He had not seen her for over a decade and now she was back. He has thought that he did not feel anything for her but every time he looked at her he felt alive again. He wanted to let her go but couldn't and did not know why. It's like she was a drug that was in his system that he couldn't wash away. If he could go back in time he would have never met her. If he would have never met her a lot of things would have never happened. He was not her knight in shining armor the same way she was not the woman for his heart. She was the woman who made his life a living hell and he still did not understand why she still brought him to his knees every time.

WEREWOLVES 1

Centuries ago the town of Nightdale was filled with all kinds of creatures. Werewolves, vampires, mermaids, and witches.

With time they were all reduced and only vampires and witches were left to rule. All mermaids had been killed by the vampires and there were none left.

The werewolves were chased. the town and most of them were killed. The people had forgotten that they were even excited as they all assumed that they had to die.

No one knew where they resided and the witches rule the town but that was before the Watson brothers came to town and all they wanted to do was a takeover.

They were hungry for power and they did only care how they were going to do it but they knew that the town belonged to them and no one was going to stop them from taking it.

As Curtis drove out he wondered how much the town had changed. The town was completely different when they had resided there.

His kind had all died but somehow they had survived it. Maybe it was because they were rich he didn't know but he was glad they had survived.

No one knew who they were because some secrets were just kept to themselves. It was not that anyone would hurt them because when you have the power you can get away from anything.

He had known who he was from when he was a kid and always wondered if people were okay that they existed.

He has seen workers killed in their homes over and over again because they had found out the truth. No one knew if they were going to spread the news but one could take the chance.

The more he grew up the more he realized that in some cases does t matter what you did to survive. The people. who had worked for them since he was a kid were still there because they were all werewolves.

They stayed together as a community. That was the only place they knew that was safe. If people found out who they were they would be killed.

Humans didn't believe in supernatural creatures but some people thought they existed. They had been hunted down and the ones who were careless in revealing their true selves were killed.

You wouldn't pity them because they had caused it themselves. Humans had learned a lot of things over the decades and to make matters worse werewolves we're the most sought-out creatures.

They had made arrows that had silver that would kill them in an instant. That was the only thing that would kill them so they waited for every full moon to see who would show up.

Many humans had been killed as a result of the little couple that they had created to end their species. They just were not strong or first enough and they were their problem.

If they wanted to defeat them they had to that first and strong and know how to aim.

He knew that there were more werewolves out there who had decided to hide on their own but it wasn't safe out there anymore with everyone hunting them.

They had been banned from their home so the woods were all they knew. His father was about to pass down the chair to him and the first thing that he would do was make sure that they were safe.

They had not hurt anyone in the past. The people who had been hurt were people who had tried to kill them and their first instinct was to protect themselves.

There was no way he could bring up that subject because he would draw attention to themselves. All the humans wanted was to rule alone and no one had said no to that.

His father had said he won't protect the other werewolves. They had been his family but somehow because he was a leader he did not know them anymore.

"Sir do you want to go straight to the mansion ", Curt's driver asked him.

"Yes take me there ", Curtis said as he drifted back to his imagination.

As they entered the palace he could feel the air change to be serene. It was quiet as he had left it, it was peaceful that was the only thing that he liked about his home.

The carriage stopped at the door and he got off as he made his way to the house. He wanted to go tithe office and hoped he did not bump into his mother on the way.

"And where are you coming from ?", he heard someone asking him and he knew it was his mother.

So much of trying to avoid her and she was the first person he was going to see.

"I had some things I had to take care of mother ", he said as he turned around and came to face his mother.

"What things I didn't know that there were things that you had to do ?", his mother asked him.

"Must you know everything that I do ?" he asked her.

"Yes you're my son I must know everything you do in case you get into trouble ", his mother said.

"I am busy mother, I don't have all day to stand here and chit-chat with you, if you want to know at am doing you can follow me the next time I have somewhere to go ", he said as he walked away.

His mother was left standing on the highway wondering what her son was up to. As Steve, the driver entered the mansion a smile appeared on her face.

"Her Steve ", she said with a loud voice the old man came rushing to her. He knew how the lady git and he did not want to be punished.

"Where did you take my son ?", she asked him.

"To town madam ", Steve said.

"Oohhh so he didn't go anywhere else?", she asked him.

"No I didn't drive him anywhere else ", the driver said.

"Okay you can go ", she said and Steve walked away.
