1 Chapter One

The first thing she noticed was the smell of burning Cedarwood. Her first thought was that she had gotten reborn to the past when she was a little girl. She was ready for hard wooden benches cushioned by blankets, to hear her sisters giggling and whispering, her uncle telling them to quiet down. To see children moving about while parents looked away, not noticing them.

To hear loud drums and songs she didn't understand but felt like she did. For lines of tents set up for the baby dancers and the older ones to be painted and dressed. To hear faint voices and laughter coming from the kitchen and people coming and out. Maybe even her mother or grandmother waking her up to tell her it is time to leave.

Instead it was luxurious room, filled with things that probably cost more than her ninety dollar smart phone. Even those little thin curtains probably costed more than the- she groaned as she grabbed her head.

Fiona Jackson was twenty years old when she got called from her trip around the world, messing around and enjoying life. She was a young Alpha who was thought to be a failure as she hasn't had her first rut, unlike most Alphas who has their first on their sixteen birthday.

Her lack of ambitions and dreams, not to mention her introvert personality, made it sure that she would be pushed around while she was younger. Even if her family was rich and influential, it didn't stop the braver ones or those above her.

Her cousins even ignore her, knowing she would never dream of trying to take over the Jackson family. With a distant father and a dead mother, Fiona grew up filled with insecurities and anger.

Her father had called her back to make her play the newly released game his company had released. It was his hope that his wayward daughter would finally take her education seriously and take interest in the business. It took her two months of being locked up and cut off from money for her to finally give in.

Within the game, she started to change, the power of being strong went to her head. Eventually she grew to be a Giant in the game with her clan filled with other people who bullied newbies. The game took over her life and it was all she lived for.

Then a noob came in after two years, she thought she would be able to crush her. Not knowing she was just a little Cannon Fodder for this Female lead. Their fight spilled into real life, where Fiona tried everything to block this little Omega.

In the end, it took her father, his company, her beloved game and eventually her life.

Time rewind and Fiona woke up in the Original's body. Two days before the game officially went online.

Fiona would have liked to say she didn't spend a hour to admire her body and mess around doing push-ups and sit-ups. She felt like she could run for a hour and feel only slightly winded. As someone who dealt with asthma, which always lead to panic attacks, she was more than happy for this body.

Her asthma did get better when she got older but they left a bit of trauma that made her feel like she can't push herself too much. Many people thought it was a bit silly, they never had a Halloween that was ruined because they ran house to house, racing their siblings when they were five.

It was one of her earliest memories. Sadly.

Knowing that this body never had asthma or any type of health problems was amazing. Besides the rut thing, but Fiona didn't mind being infertile. She was infertile back in her world, she dealt with that when she was eighteen.

Walking into her new kitchen, she got a bowl and started to make a salad. Her nose wrinkled when she saw whole milk in the fridge. She grabbed the lettuce, carrots, baby tomatoes, leftover chicken and some eggs. She set the eggs into a pot before filling it with water, a pinch of salt and started the stove.

Leaving that, she started to wash the vegetables and cut up the cooked chicken.
