Ethan was frustrated and angry with himself but he had no choice as he knew she was going to be married to a prince soon.

How exactly did he know that?,.

Earlier this morning,he was doing a normal routine of going around the castle and when he reached the throne room he overheard the king and the queen talking about a prince kaylen that princess lilo was going to marry,he was angry but he maintained himself and went to his room,he had to do what he did to make lilo hate him before she gets married to her prince.

***In lilo's room.

Pretend?,am i what a joker that i have to pretend we never kissed or i don't have feeling for him,she said to herself as she was wandering about her room.

So he didn't feel what i felt when we kissed?,she asked herself.

He doesn't like me too?,she kept on asking herself.

From no onwards i have no feelings whatsoever for him,never in my life again,she said and went to the bathroom.

It takes to lot of time to say you don't have feelings for someone again,you know you still have to go to him sooner or later.

So saying you don't have feelings for him is trash talk.

I hate him so much,he is just a bodyguard now onwards,she convinced herself.

He is only here to serve and nothing else,she continued.

She didn't fell hungry so she didn't eat that morning.

Knock knock**

There was a knock on her door .

Come in,lilo said lying on the bed reading a novel.

Oh you,how may i help you,lilo said now sitting on the bed.

The king had called for you,Ethan said.

I'll be there you can go now,she said nonchalantly meanwhile her heart was beating nonstop and fast like it was going to erupt.

Calm down,lilo he is just your bodyguard,she said to herself before going to the changing room to change to something more presentable.

***At the throne room.

Your highness I have relayed your message to the princess ,Ethan said and the king hummed.

Time went by and finally Lilo came to the throne room .

My king,she said.

My queen may you live long,she added.

I was told that my attention is needed ,she said and looked at ethan whose face was down as he already knew the message the king wanted to tell lilo.

Yes my dear your father has something to say to you ,Th queen said and she looked at The king.

Take a seat,The king said and she sat down .

The king of the neighbouring kingdom has asked for your hand in marriage to his son Kaylen who is next in line to the throne ,The king said and inspected his daughter's facial expression as she was quiet.

I have already given him my consent ,so whenever you are free ,you and the prince can go out to know each other before the wedding,he added and lilo angrily stood up and left for her room while Ethan followed her deligently.

As she enters her room she slams the door and lies on the bed .

Seriously marriage?,she asked no one in particular.

The king is going insane,i can say for sure,she said as she stands up from the bed.

Knock knock****

Come in ,lilo said still standing as she watched ethan enter and close the door behind him.

What do you want,she was heart broken enough to deal with him.

Am sorry,i could've told you sooner,he said as he watched her tear up.

You knew,she sad cleaning her tears.

Yes,i found out earlier than you,he said as he was looking at the floor.

Why didn't you tell me,Wait a minute,was that why you were acting strange this morning,she sad as she recalled his behavior early in the morning.

Was that the reason?,she asked again more louder and he came closer to her.

Am sorry,he said again and she hugged him tightly with him holding her to keep her balance.

I hate you,i hate you,she said and he hummed.

But tell me,she said as she moved away from him.

Do you feel the same way i feel for you?, she asked hopefully and he was quiet.

I don't know what you feel for me,he said.

But i know what i feel for you,he added making her smile.
