PROLOGUE

Instead of the Groom waiting for the bride, the bride is waiting for the groom. Gisele is just in the Bridal Car waiting for her long time boyfriend Eugene to marry her. She was just in the car when his mother knocked on it. You could see the sadness and frustration in his eyes, so she opened the car window and faced her mom.

"Is there a problem Ma?" she asked her mother.

"Hija, the marriage can't go on," her mother replied to her.

"Mom , don't joke like that," her voice was mixed with trepidation.

"Eugene can't come, Eugene is gone, Gisele" her mother continued.

"Mom, what are you talking about? Eugene is just late, mom, he's coming," she said hopefully.

"Gisele, neither do I want to believe but, Eugene's dad just called to me he had an accident this morning," her mother said in tears.

She seemed deaf to what she heard from her mother, she couldn't believe it. She wanted to squat down crying, he wanted to think that it was all just a dream that he would have woken up from this bad dream. But what broke her heart was when Eugene's mother called and cried and confirmed that her son was gone. Her world collapsed and all her dreams of being with Eugene just vanished like bubbles.
