Chapter 1: Academy

"Right this way young noble. This will be your quarters in the academy." A young man, with dark hair, bowed in front of me respectfully, and said.

"R.Right." I managed to say, and closed the door on him.

I then went into what seemed like the bathroom, and looked into the mirror.

"I look the same, just younger." I mumbled out loud while touching my face.

I had short pitch black hair and large bright azure eyes which complimented my small round face. I was dressed in typical noble fashion for this world, wearing a brown suit, which represented my status as the heir of a viscount.

"What the fuck is going on!" I shouted and splashed ice cold water on my face.

Just an hour ago, I was gaming, and out of nowhere, I was transported into a noble carriage, which brought me to this 'academy.' I tried to stay calm, and immediately requested to go into a private place for me to think calmly.

'Calm down...this can just be a bad dream,' I thought.

'Right, I remembered reading once that to wake up from a dream, I need to prove that this is a dream. One way is through pain.'

After deciding that, I without hesitation proceeded to slap my face.

"OUCH!" I shouted as I ran around my room with a bright red handprint on my face.

'This is definetely not a dream...WHAT THE FUCK! I AM ACTUALLY SOMEWHERE I HAVE NO INFORMATION ABOUT. "

Now started my full blown panic mode, the only thing I know is that I am in some prestigious royal academy for nobles, that I am the heir of a viscount level nobility, and this is due to the guy just now saying," Welcome to the Royal Academy of Kadrias, young lord viscount."

After about 15 minutes of me calming down, I heard some knocking on my door, and I went to open it.

I saw the same person as before. He once again bowed and said," young noble, this are the books for all the common classes of the academy. Also, please get ready, soon, we will have to leave for the awakening ceremony."

I just nodded, and took the 3 massive textbooks, and 1 small book off of him.

By the titles of the books, I could tell what they were.

General knowledge, History, Noble Etiquette and...Math.

As I was reading the title, he then passed a uniform which looked familiar.

'This looks like from the anime I once watched before...yes, it looks like the uniform of the Japanese Imperial Demon Army, of Seraph The End, just that the edges are also in black.'

I then closed the door, and quickly glanced at the general knowledge book which I was given.

After about 10 minutes, I was a bit more clear about where I was, but it didn't make me panic any less.

'According to this book, I am in 1 of the 5 continents, the Kadrias continent, which is also the human continent. I am also in the academy of the Kadrias continent, which all future Nobles of the 8 Kingdoms are sent to.'

According to the book, to be a noble means to be pure blood. I am a pure blooded human, and this no matter what will get the honorary title of nobility, even if it is the lowest.'

'The reason this academy exists is to reduce infighting between the kingdoms, which I don't know if it helped, and to unite against the other 4 races.'

'Right now, I am about to go to an awakening ceremony, which is compulsory for all 11-year olds, and depending on this, we will be further branched to study for the academy...for 5 years.'

After reading half the book, I put it down and decided to change.

After changing, I was brought through a massive corridor. Everything looked really luxurious, and eventually, I was brought to a massive common hall.

The hall was already about half full, and more people were still being escorted in.

I myself requested to sit all the way in the back, to observe what was going on.

There were about 2000 first years, and eventually everybody reached the hall.

Then, 50 people wore similar uniforms to us, and sat on the stage of the hall. They gave of an vibe of 'don't fuck with me.'

After about 10 minutes, a middle aged man, who looked around 50 entered the hall. He had muscles bulging out of him from all directions, and if he was on earth, people would call him a 'buff lord.'

He had bright red hair which looked intimidating, and even the previous 50 showed respect for the man in front of us.

He then stood on the podium, and decided to observe the crowd.

Since the 2000 people were filled with nobility, there were plenty of people with arrogant faces on them, however, most were rather calm. They maintained a respectable posture, and looked at the man.

"HAHAHAHA," the man started to laugh loudly, and a huge burst of wind started to blow at us.

He then showed a creepy smile and said," It is always refreshing to see freshmen join us. Usually people don't dare to have such disrespectful postures to me."

While I couldn't understand the complete meaning of what he was saying to me, I heard the person who sat beside me gulping.

I then looked around and saw that a lot of the people around me were nervous, but the people in the front seemed mad.

"HOW DARE YOU, DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM!" A person at the front of the crowd shouted.

'Oh boy.'
