A tall boy with long braided hair and phoenix eyes approached the table where Shi Jian was sutting. He came with an angry look and arms crossed, the only thing that ruined his haughty look was his messy hair and sweaty colthes."Give me back my hairpin."

"Li Hong... My friend... Why do you always suspect that I stole something from you when it disappears? This really disapoints me."

"And who do you think I should blame?" Li Hong sat down on the chair next to Shi Jian and started to fix his hair, fusillading his best friend with his eyes "you're the one who always comes to my house and takes everything like if they were yours."

Shi Jian rolled his eyes and took out the hairpin from his pocket and returned it to Li Hong.

It was a rancorous ghost, a giant ghost, with red skin and big black eyes. It probably was there to kill or sabotage the people he hated.

When the cultivators saw the monster, it was about to kill a child, so without thinking, Shi Jian rushed over and fought the ghost. He held long enough for to the boy to run away, but the kid just stood there with a shoking expression.

"Run! Now!"

Yao Cheng, his friend, came running and took the boy away from there, but Shi Jian still had to fight the ghost alone while the other cultivators tried to calm down the people who came to see what was happening. A man was trying to break the protection and kept screaming, begging to give him the child. He was so insistent that he managed to run away from the cultivators and get closer to the battle.
