Jane carefully opened the documents and as she read through the information, she was not surprised on seeing that Her's and Liam's company were the only two companies left battling for that land.

She wanted that land as much as Liam wanted it for his company and as much as she wanted to use her relationship to seduce him to hand it over to her, she knew better than to mix business with personal matters and therefore decided to deal with this in a profffesional manner.

She clearly knew both of them were not going to back down and she also knew Liam was going to fight for that land as if they had no relation which she would be surprised to find out that Liam was going through the same documents and thinking of what to do.

That's when it hit her, collaboration! If their two companies collaborate then they can acquire the land together and share the profit!
