Before we start, I'd like to sincerely make an unconditional apology in front of you all, for the huge delay (I guess around three weeks), since the idiotic author of this book (me, myself) has fallen severely ill in between and also caught up with endless travels and personal issues, causing him to be unavailable for a while to continue.
