The new message read, 'Good morning Myles, I hope you slept well. Today's ultimatum: would you rather A. Skip school today, or B. Ignore Dylan all day? The choice is yours, so choose wisely. Have a good day.' Myles was now shaking what he couldn't tell was fear, anger, or sadness. He hadn't told anyone about Dylan. Hell, most people didn't even know he was gay, so that meant either his messages had been hacked...or this was Dylan himself.

He didn't want to believe it but he had no other ideas except for the hacking one and lets be real, even he didn't believe that. He opened his phone again and scrolled to where the app was and went to delete it, but there was no option to do it. He shut down his phone, waited 10 seconds, and turned it on again. But it still didn't show an option. So he checked another app and it had a download option. He started to freak out again and ended up almost putting his phone in the trash. He was worried that if this wasn't Dylan, and he hoped it wasn't, that it was some crazy stalker who hacked every app he owns. Who knows if it was some psycho or not and they knew where he lived. He didn't want to believe that either, so basically he had no good options. It was either his crush, or some crazy person. Great, just great.

Anyways, he went onto the app anyway and clicked option A. Then he called into his school and said he was sick. If he had to do this for the possible sake of his life, he would rather be in a win-win, no school and all day to talk to Dylan.

He texted his parents and told them that he was sick, and that if they came home he'd be there. He got responses pretty quickly, though they were just simple okay's and feel better's. He pulled the covers back over himself and texted Dylan good morning, choosing to ignore the app for the time being. He smiled at the phone when he got a voicemail in response saying, "Good morning hot stuff, although it would be a great morning if I was waking up next to you." He texted that he agreed and that it was cute. Dylan responded with a smiling emoji and then said he needed to get ready for school and that he'd talk again in around 20 minutes. Myles got up and wandered around the house a bit. He was kind of bored and still a little concerned about the app subject, though he had pushed it to the back of his mind. That's when he decided that since he wasn't going to school that day that he'd go visit Dylan at his school during his lunch hour. He couldn't wait to see him.

He waited for a while and texted Dylan while he passed the time. When it finally came time, he grabbed his keys and drove to his school. He got there and went to the gate which was usually unlocked, and quickly spotted Dylan hanging around with his friend group. He was about to walk up to them and yell 'surprise!' when something he saw broke his heart. A girl had walked over to him and held his hand, then leaned up...and kissed him. Dylan was smiling and kissing her back, but he must've felt Myles looking because he looked up and saw the shattered look on his face. Dylan's jaw dropped and he started walking over, but, finally being free from his frozen in shock stance, Myles started running away.

He was crying and Dylan was running in the direction he ran to try and find him. But Myles was already in his car and turning the key. He drove off not knowing where he was going. He just drove and left Dylan and all the things he made him feel behind. He just drove. He didn't know how long it had been by the time he finally pulled into his driveway. He looked over and saw his mother's car, expecting to be berated , but when he walked in she wasn't in the kitchen waiting for him. He looked around until he found her asleep in her room. He smiled at the sight as if he were the parent and walked to his room. He had left his phone on the charging port and opened it to find nearly 20 messages from Dylan, none of which he planned to respond to, as well as one message from the ultimatum app.

"Hello Myles, did you have a good day?.."
